I worked with Attorney Parnell on a few web related projects. What I learned about Thomas is that he shows a lot of class and cares about each and every client. I was in an auto accident in March 2020 and my wife recommended Melkonian and Associates. My wife’s friend and her sister both had great experiences with them. I spoke with Shant and he was extremely professional and straightforward, which I appreciated. Through out my case he kept me updated and always went into great details about what was happening and what to expect next. I always spoke directly with him when I called and if he wasn’t available, he always returned my call the same day. We just recently settled my case and I am more than happy with the outcome. I couldn't give more stars even if they allowed me take them from out of the sky. I'm a veteran & was a construction worker on my way to work one morning when I was hit by a semi-truck. At that moment, everything in my life change & honestly, fell apart. I called that 1-800-Ask whoever & they connected with an attorney. I had a serious injury to my body and needed help navigating these uncharted waters. I'm not one of those sue happy people. I did need help and a very dear friend of mine introduced me to such a real group of people. Family orientated, very professional yet not stuffy. I got to know everyone in the office very well. These proceedings took many years and everyone in that office had a part in making sure I understood everything and that I was comfortable. Christy took great care of me after I was rear ended. It was all very new for me being 21 when I was hit but she took her time to explain everything and kept me frequently updated throughout the case and always checking in to see how I am doing. Also working well with the doctors I wanted to be treated with. I am happy to say we won and I was compensated for the damages! They take good care of you in a vulnerable time, pure intentions and care taken for their clients. I highly recommend this firm if you have been in an auto accident. I called them after an accident and they immediately schedule me for a free consultation. This firm helped me through Chapter 13. The experience of having to file bankruptcy is a hard one. Nock Fowler was awesome to work with. He was very responsive to all my questions. When we had difficulty with a creditor charging unwarranted fed during the bankruptcy period Nick was very quick to get it shut down. I highly recommend this firm.

My son was severely injured on his motorcycle when he was hit by a driver who turned into ongoing traffic and smashed into him and his motorcycle. I saw him after the crash and it was one of the worst days of my entire life! I saw him bedridden, I saw him in excoriating pain, and I saw him think his life would never be the same. It was a terrible experience for a mother to see their only child go through something like this. I didn’t know where to turn so I went to my friend Wendy who works at Swope, Rodante P.A. and she set up a meeting between the firm and my son. I could tell that they weren’t your typical billboard attorneys, they were different – they cared about my son’s well being. Stephanie Miles, Brandon Cathey, and Casey Gartland worked on my son’s case and they truly worked so very hard! When it finally came time for the trial, they were all laser focused on the task at hand, which was to get my son justice for the dreams that were shattered when he was hit by that car. When the trial was over justice had prevailed, and it’s absolutely all because of the hard work and determination of Stephanie, Brandon, and Casey along with the rest of the Swope, Rodante team. They were amazing, caring, compassionate at our time of hardship. Life will never be the same for my son, but the team worked hard to give him hope on a new future. Watching Dale Swope fight for justice for my family was one of the most inspiring experiences of my life. Through his warmth and compassion, Dale eased an enormous amount of stress and anxiety that we felt deeply burdened with. What impressed me the most about Dale was his skillful ability in handling opposing counsel. It actually became entertaining watching Dale exercise his knowledge and sharp intellect when meeting with attorneys and I enjoyed watching him fight for us during our settlement meeting. The more I saw him in “action” the more I could sense his wholehearted desire for a victorious outcome for my family.
