I typically try to avoid going as far as law firms most of the time but speaking with Maria Alvarez was one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to dealing with companies. She showed a prestigious amount of professionalism and really seemed to care about my questions. She went through the troubles of making sure I had an answer to every question and that I was satisfied at the end of our conversation. I am updating my review because recently I have been sent hospital bills from my car accident that happened in 2019. I was informed that everything was paid off and magically I got a $1,500 bill from my hospital visit the following year from the same accident. I’ve reached out to the law firm multiple times only to be told somebody will get back with me and of course they never did. I was told that wasn’t apart of my accident, although it was, the bill is for the same date and has my car insurance policy on there as the reference number, and then was informed that I already signed papers stating they paid for everything, which obviously they didn’t. Haley doesn’t respond to e-mails either and you’ll just get the run around. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

We selected David to assist my son to receive SSI. David is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and personable. My son, his mother and I are fortunate to have met him. The process is lengthy and requires a great deal of paperwork to support the request. While we heard it could take a long time to be approved our process was on the short end of the range. We would recommend David to anyone. As a matter of fact, I recommend him to my sister-in-law in Orlando who needed help for her daughter and she thanked me profusely after meeting David.

After nearly 8 months of waiting (with an absolute winning case, in my opinion), The Pendas Law Firm decided to drop my case. They did not provide any reason whatsoever, except that the attorney had decided to drop it. In three different attempts, I was told that the attorney would call me back to explain why. On all three occasions I would wait for the phone call at the scheduled time, and the attorney would not call. These people are quite unprofessional.

Horrible experience! Took my case sat on it for over a year. After a year the time limit expire and the law firm never did proper paper work. I call many times during the year did not respond. I had to call 5 times at a time to get the person in charge of my law suit to talk to me. I was told to wait and after 15 months they told me the time is over. I lost my compensation. Do not use them!

I called Fernandez Law Group in January to look at a possible case regarding my father's death. I signed the paperwork and got all the documents they requested. Its been 7 months and I haven't heard a word from them. I've emailed and called and no response. Whether there is a case or not a return email would have been nice. At this point um giving up. Not impressed.
