After nearly 8 months of waiting (with an absolute winning case, in my opinion), The Pendas Law Firm decided to drop my case. They did not provide any reason whatsoever, except that the attorney had decided to drop it. In three different attempts, I was told that the attorney would call me back to explain why. On all three occasions I would wait for the phone call at the scheduled time, and the attorney would not call. These people are quite unprofessional.

Horrible experience! Took my case sat on it for over a year. After a year the time limit expire and the law firm never did proper paper work. I call many times during the year did not respond. I had to call 5 times at a time to get the person in charge of my law suit to talk to me. I was told to wait and after 15 months they told me the time is over. I lost my compensation. Do not use them!

I had a serious injury to my body and needed help navigating these uncharted waters. I'm not one of those sue happy people. I did need help and a very dear friend of mine introduced me to such a real group of people. Family orientated, very professional yet not stuffy. I got to know everyone in the office very well. These proceedings took many years and everyone in that office had a part in making sure I understood everything and that I was comfortable. In the many years to come we won, like I said they were taking on insurance giants on a case that wasn't cut and dry. Even if things would have turned out different, my opinion of The Matassini's Law firm would come highly recommended. It's good to know people that know people. I worked with Attorney Parnell on a few web related projects. What I learned about Thomas is that he shows a lot of class and cares about each and every client. I am updating my review because recently I have been sent hospital bills from my car accident that happened in 2019. I was informed that everything was paid off and magically I got a $1,500 bill from my hospital visit the following year from the same accident. I’ve reached out to the law firm multiple times only to be told somebody will get back with me and of course they never did. I was told that wasn’t apart of my accident, although it was, the bill is for the same date and has my car insurance policy on there as the reference number, and then was informed that I already signed papers stating they paid for everything, which obviously they didn’t. Haley doesn’t respond to e-mails either and you’ll just get the run around. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

As we all know the feeling after a car accident is filled with uncertainties. Many feelings become cluttered and overwhelming so having a great injury lawyer and law firm team is highly necessary. I will admit, initially I was reserved about hiring a law firm to represent me. The process can be difficult to understand. However, after searching for the right law firm to handle my case I was recommended to Hancock injury and I cannot be more happy with the decision I made to hire them. Throughout the process I was, in full contact with every team member of this law firm including my lawyer Mike Hancock. This local law firm, really is a hidden gem! Their commitment to you is exceptional. The legality of the case was made easy to understand and most of all I felt fully represented. From beginning to end I was comfortable with the decisions being made and most of all I felt supported. After a pending case I was relieved to hear that my case had settled and all my needs were met. The quality they placed in my case was personable and valued. I truly cannot thank them enough. Even after my case settled and closed, their need to continue a great rapport with me is commendable and highly appreciated. My advice to anyone looking for a firm to represent them, is to, do your research, find an appropriately sized firm and find an attorney that is going to value you every step of the way. I couldn't give more stars even if they allowed me take them from out of the sky. I'm a veteran & was a construction worker on my way to work one morning when I was hit by a semi-truck. I Understand that I have had multiple accident....Switched over to Boyd from another Lawyer.....Did fight for my case and believe....it was skipped over anyway. if you couldn't my case say something not hold me up for 4yrs and say you can nothing. Poor service, I think Buttler would have done better. My case wasn't important enough.
