I couldn't give more stars even if they allowed me take them from out of the sky. I'm a veteran & was a construction worker on my way to work one morning when I was hit by a semi-truck. At that moment, everything in my life change & honestly, fell apart. I called that 1-800-Ask whoever & they connected with an attorney. However, within the first 2months he was trying to get me to settle. Yes, settle...for less than what I made per year at that. I am updating my review because recently I have been sent hospital bills from my car accident that happened in 2019. I was informed that everything was paid off and magically I got a $1,500 bill from my hospital visit the following year from the same accident. I’ve reached out to the law firm multiple times only to be told somebody will get back with me and of course they never did. I was told that wasn’t apart of my accident, although it was, the bill is for the same date and has my car insurance policy on there as the reference number, and then was informed that I already signed papers stating they paid for everything, which obviously they didn’t. Haley doesn’t respond to e-mails either and you’ll just get the run around. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

We selected David to assist my son to receive SSI. David is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and personable. My son, his mother and I are fortunate to have met him. The process is lengthy and requires a great deal of paperwork to support the request. While we heard it could take a long time to be approved our process was on the short end of the range. We would recommend David to anyone. As a matter of fact, I recommend him to my sister-in-law in Orlando who needed help for her daughter and she thanked me profusely after meeting David.

I can’t even begin to explain my appreciation towards everything Abrahamson & Uiterwyk did for me! I was in a car accident and I had no idea what to do. They made it very easy for me. I really just needed to keep getting my treatment (which I needed to do anyways in order to relieve some pain). Anytime I had a question, all I had to do was text my paralegal, (Tina for the beginning stages and Amy until the end). Their response time was unbelievably fast, so I never had to sit and wonder about anything. I had no idea what options where available to me but they explained everything to me and made sure I understood. My case was resolved outside of court in a timely fashion, faster than I anticipated. I called Fernandez Law Group in January to look at a possible case regarding my father's death. I signed the paperwork and got all the documents they requested. Its been 7 months and I haven't heard a word from them. I've emailed and called and no response. Whether there is a case or not a return email would have been nice. At this point um giving up. Not impressed.
