This is a great Law Firm. The team they have is an extraordinary one, they are always top of the game. Their communication skills are one of the best that I have ever seen and I am not talking about languages, I am talking about that they are in Constance communication with the client, giving them constance and real updates, answering all the question that a client may have, always available. They go way and beyond their limits. Their commitment with the client is real, honest, transparent and very important for them as a Firm. As a human being they really connect with you, the client. You are not a number, you are a person, with feelings and emotions and they really really get into those and make them personal and part of them as if they were their own. I was in an auto accident in March 2020 and my wife recommended Melkonian and Associates. My wife’s friend and her sister both had great experiences with them. I spoke with Shant and he was extremely professional and straightforward, which I appreciated. Through out my case he kept me updated and always went into great details about what was happening and what to expect next. I always spoke directly with him when I called and if he wasn’t available, he always returned my call the same day. We just recently settled my case and I am more than happy with the outcome. I called Fernandez Law Group in January to look at a possible case regarding my father's death. I signed the paperwork and got all the documents they requested. Its been 7 months and I haven't heard a word from them. I've emailed and called and no response. Whether there is a case or not a return email would have been nice. At this point um giving up. Not impressed.
