I cannot say enough about how positive my experience with this firm was! The lawyers were straight forward, honest & professional. In my opinion, this is key. I Understand that I have had multiple accident....Switched over to Boyd from another Lawyer.....Did fight for my case and believe....it was skipped over anyway. if you couldn't my case say something not hold me up for 4yrs and say you can nothing. Poor service, I think Buttler would have done better. My case wasn't important enough.

I am updating my review because recently I have been sent hospital bills from my car accident that happened in 2019. I was informed that everything was paid off and magically I got a $1,500 bill from my hospital visit the following year from the same accident. I’ve reached out to the law firm multiple times only to be told somebody will get back with me and of course they never did. I was told that wasn’t apart of my accident, although it was, the bill is for the same date and has my car insurance policy on there as the reference number, and then was informed that I already signed papers stating they paid for everything, which obviously they didn’t. Haley doesn’t respond to e-mails either and you’ll just get the run around. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Cory is one of the most highly respected and competent attorneys. He represented me in a car accident where I had several herniated and bulging disk. He was diligent in making sure the Insurance companies knew that the injuries were serious and that I needed extensive treatment. He represented me well against the big insurance companies and ultimately I received a settlement well beyond what I expected. I rarely right reviews, but in this case it warrants a 5 star review. One word to describe Cory...EXCELLENT! I did an extensive research before I chose The Baird Law Group and after reading reviews on all websites and reading about Cory's stellar credentials, I decided he was going to represent me after my nasty accident. I was very impressed that any time I needed to talk to him, he would be there or return my call within the hour. He took the time to explain all my options and what the process would be. He also got me some of the best therapy and doctors out there. Cory got me the maximum amount that he could and wrapped my entire case up within a year. After nearly 8 months of waiting (with an absolute winning case, in my opinion), The Pendas Law Firm decided to drop my case. They did not provide any reason whatsoever, except that the attorney had decided to drop it. In three different attempts, I was told that the attorney would call me back to explain why. On all three occasions I would wait for the phone call at the scheduled time, and the attorney would not call. These people are quite unprofessional.

Horrible experience! Took my case sat on it for over a year. After a year the time limit expire and the law firm never did proper paper work. I call many times during the year did not respond. I had to call 5 times at a time to get the person in charge of my law suit to talk to me. I was told to wait and after 15 months they told me the time is over. I lost my compensation. Do not use them!

This is a great Law Firm. The team they have is an extraordinary one, they are always top of the game. Their communication skills are one of the best that I have ever seen and I am not talking about languages, I am talking about that they are in Constance communication with the client, giving them constance and real updates, answering all the question that a client may have, always available.
