I cannot say enough about how positive my experience with this firm was! The lawyers were straight forward, honest & professional. In my opinion, this is key. I don’t want someone to tell me what I want to hear just to get my business. I want to hear the facts and truth. Mr. Butler will deliver exactly that. I Understand that I have had multiple accident....Switched over to Boyd from another Lawyer.....Did fight for my case and believe....it was skipped over anyway. if you couldn't my case say something not hold me up for 4yrs and say you can nothing. Poor service, I think Buttler would have done better. My case wasn't important enough.

I called Fernandez Law Group in January to look at a possible case regarding my father's death. I signed the paperwork and got all the documents they requested. Its been 7 months and I haven't heard a word from them. I've emailed and called and no response. Whether there is a case or not a return email would have been nice. At this point um giving up. Not impressed.

The Fernandez Law Group is a firm to which I can confidently give my highest recommendation. I specifically had the pleasure of hiring attorney Jeff Quisenberry and communicating online with Caitlin. As we all know the feeling after a car accident is filled with uncertainties. Many feelings become cluttered and overwhelming so having a great injury lawyer and law firm team is highly necessary. I will admit, initially I was reserved about hiring a law firm to represent me. The process can be difficult to understand. However, after searching for the right law firm to handle my case I was recommended to Hancock injury and I cannot be more happy with the decision I made to hire them. Throughout the process I was, in full contact with every team member of this law firm including my lawyer Mike Hancock. This local law firm, really is a hidden gem! Their commitment to you is exceptional. The legality of the case was made easy to understand and most of all I felt fully represented. From beginning to end I was comfortable with the decisions being made and most of all I felt supported. After a pending case I was relieved to hear that my case had settled and all my needs were met. The quality they placed in my case was personable and valued. I truly cannot thank them enough. Even after my case settled and closed, their need to continue a great rapport with me is commendable and highly appreciated. My advice to anyone looking for a firm to represent them, is to, do your research, find an appropriately sized firm and find an attorney that is going to value you every step of the way. I can’t even begin to explain my appreciation towards everything Abrahamson & Uiterwyk did for me! I was in a car accident and I had no idea what to do. They made it very easy for me. I really just needed to keep getting my treatment (which I needed to do anyways in order to relieve some pain). Anytime I had a question, all I had to do was text my paralegal, (Tina for the beginning stages and Amy until the end). Their response time was unbelievably fast, so I never had to sit and wonder about anything. I had no idea what options where available to me but they explained everything to me and made sure I understood. My case was resolved outside of court in a timely fashion, faster than I anticipated. Christy took great care of me after I was rear ended. It was all very new for me being 21 when I was hit but she took her time to explain everything and kept me frequently updated throughout the case and always checking in to see how I am doing. Also working well with the doctors I wanted to be treated with. I am happy to say we won and I was compensated for the damages! They take good care of you in a vulnerable time, pure intentions and care taken for their clients. Just make sure you continue treatment even if you feel better.... later on that little accident has great affects and you deserve full benefits of care!! This is a great Law Firm. The team they have is an extraordinary one, they are always top of the game. Their communication skills are one of the best that I have ever seen and I am not talking about languages, I am talking about that they are in Constance communication with the client, giving them constance and real updates, answering all the question that a client may have, always available. I had a serious injury to my body and needed help navigating these uncharted waters. I'm not one of those sue happy people. I did need help and a very dear friend of mine introduced me to such a real group of people. Family orientated, very professional yet not stuffy. I got to know everyone in the office very well. These proceedings took many years and everyone in that office had a part in making sure I understood everything and that I was comfortable. In the many years to come we won, like I said they were taking on insurance giants on a case that wasn't cut and dry. I couldn't give more stars even if they allowed me take them from out of the sky. I'm a veteran & was a construction worker on my way to work one morning when I was hit by a semi-truck. At that moment, everything in my life change & honestly, fell apart. I called that 1-800-Ask whoever & they connected with an attorney. However, within the first 2months he was trying to get me to settle. Yes, settle...for less than what I made per year at that. Given the extent of my injuries, how drastically my life had changed for the worse, I decided to give W&Y a call.
