Best lawyer I’ve had to work with. I was involved in a multiple vehicle accident and it was the most scary time of my life. Kim Wells worked very hard with my case. Pretty difficult involved most mayor car insurance companies, many lawyers and people involved. He nailed them all. If anyone needs a shark for a lawyer Kim is the one. Very knowledgeable, strong confident but certainly honest. Honesty was very important for him and for me he counseled me on every detail without missing a step. During my case he answered every phone call and email promptly. We encountered some hurdles with the insurance companies and he took care of it. I had no worries, he communicated with me at all times. I received my settlement promptly and I actually received more than I expected. Also his right hand Robin helped me a lot she is amazing very kind and sweet. If I couldn’t reach Kim because he was attending other clients Robin was there and off course Kim will follow up with me later. Thank You Kim Wells and Robin for all your hard work.

I am updating my review because recently I have been sent hospital bills from my car accident that happened in 2019. I was informed that everything was paid off and magically I got a $1,500 bill from my hospital visit the following year from the same accident. I’ve reached out to the law firm multiple times only to be told somebody will get back with me and of course they never did. I was told that wasn’t apart of my accident, although it was, the bill is for the same date and has my car insurance policy on there as the reference number, and then was informed that I already signed papers stating they paid for everything, which obviously they didn’t. Haley doesn’t respond to e-mails either and you’ll just get the run around. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

After nearly 8 months of waiting (with an absolute winning case, in my opinion), The Pendas Law Firm decided to drop my case. They did not provide any reason whatsoever, except that the attorney had decided to drop it. In three different attempts, I was told that the attorney would call me back to explain why. On all three occasions I would wait for the phone call at the scheduled time, and the attorney would not call. These people are quite unprofessional.

Horrible experience! Took my case sat on it for over a year. After a year the time limit expire and the law firm never did proper paper work. I call many times during the year did not respond. I had to call 5 times at a time to get the person in charge of my law suit to talk to me. I was told to wait and after 15 months they told me the time is over. I lost my compensation. Do not use them!

Their commitment to you is exceptional. The legality of the case was made easy to understand and most of all I felt fully represented. The quality they placed in my case was personable and valued. I truly cannot thank them enough.
