My experience with Lusk, Drasites & Tolisano is one I will not forget! They were the only lawyers in the area willing help me with my case. Other lawyers told me I had no case before even trying. Had an injury and needed help with the insurance company....called (the largest injury lawyers) I hear over and over on the radio......they are just advertisers and refer your case to other firms for a commission.....I felt like a nobody to them.....interviewed David Harris and there I was a client that he cared about! My husband was in an automobile accident last year January, 2016 in Fort Myers, FL, the other vehicle ran a stop sign and struck my husbands car causing his vehicle to flip 3x. I picked Don Matthew’s to handle my car accident case. Everything was going well and smooth until my case got transferred to Tania. She wouldn’t answer her phone or even return phone calls. She had me with lies saying that the paper work was being sent out to the opposing side insurance. I came to find out 3 weeks later that it never got sent out. So they said they’ll send it out immediately gave it about a month or so and never heard back from her so I decided to call them for an update this time it still wasn’t sent out and her excuse was I needed an MRI done still remained calm about it. So She promised to call me back the same day or the following day with an MRI appointment. Kid you not 2 weeks later no phone call so I called again and she never answered nor called me back so I had it at that point asked to talk to a supervisor so I explained what happened she apologized and said that they were busy. So she also promised to call me back by Friday of that week a month went by and never heard from her neither so I decided to go with Viles and Beckman as soon as I signed the contract with the attorney Don Matthew’s placed a lien on me as if I failed meanwhile their workers weren’t doing much with my case. They were able to place a Lien on me within hours but couldn’t return a simple phone call with an appointment within months. They ended up charging me $1,600 for doing nothing. Luckily Viles and Beckman cornered in the insurance company within weeks after hiring them. Never would I recommend them nor go back to them just a terrible experience with Don Matthew’s. I’d give it a zero star if I was able too.

Communication got a little lost when my case worker happen to leave the firm but I quickly called Edson and he got me back on track. Clark and his team (Kristin) are truly a credit to their profession. I interviewed many of the large firms around and none of them provided an actual attorney to speak to and interview. What kind of process is that?! I spoke to Clark right away and found his knowledge, empathy and personal attention refreshing. I hired him immediately with favorable results. This process is difficult especially in the face of deteriorating health. Clark and Kristin did an amazing job of setting the right expectations and expertly navigating the maze this process becomes.
