I cannot say enough about the excellent representation that I received from Ms Faiella and her partner. Her staff is excellent and all are caring and sympathetic. After my husband’s accidental death, there were problems with the insurance company’s refusal to pay. Ms. Faiella, who is warm, caring, intelligent and hard working put me at ease immediately. She and her partner took care of everything. I was informed about what to expect and kept up to date throughout the process. It took five years, but we persisted. I recently looked for representation for my mother. Because of the structure of the United States Post Office she caught her foot between the curb and a parking beam. She suffered a broken arm which now has a plate and 7 screws in it and also separated her quad muscle from her leg which after 8 months is still healing. I looked to the law firm for help . After evaluating the case they've decided that because it was a US Post Office it takes forever to get a settlement and very costly. Consequently they decided not to represent my mother. So I asked the question are they there to help people or they to strictly look out for their own bottom line. I'm disgusted with their pathetic decision which translates into if there's not enough money in it for us we're not going to do it. In the meantime my 80 year old mother continues to suffer on a daily basis. You tell me is this the kind of Law Firm you want to represent you. I realize they get some positive reviews but keep in mind these are all people will they have just gotten money for. Again they couldn't give two Hoots about my mother because of the cost it was going to cost them to represent her. I think there should be a law against that don't you? My goal is simple if only one person reads this that goes to another firm I would be satisfied. This firm has no business advertising how helpful they are to people.

This is by far the best Attorney I’ve had. Short story long I had gotten into a car accident back in September 2020 it was a hit a run. Someone just railed me under a red light. I contacted Attorney David, right after our conversation I knew that I was going to have him representing my case. He was so easy to talk to, he answered all my questions, and he was honest. He wasn’t money hungry, he does really cares about your well-being. Prior to contact him, I had contacted another attorney. He was too boastful about how good he was, and he wouldn’t even allowed me to ask him questions without feeling offended. That’s when I went home and look for another attorney near me and I found Attorney David on Google. And now I’m at the end of my case everything has worked out for me better than I even anticipated. Ms. Valerie was also very helpful any questions I had she answered promptly. I’ve even received a holiday card from the firm during the holiday. Overall, I had a great experience with this firm and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an attorney. Attorney David is your guy.

I had Attorney David May take my Workers Comp case on for me and he handled it extremely well and was very professional and I am pleased with the outcome. He is to the point and doesn't beat around the bush. David is kind and attentive and was there for me when I had any questions or concerns. The whole team handling your case is kind,friendly, and very efficient. When you call or go to the office, they make you feel at home. Anxiety goes out the window. They listen to you and they get the case finished. I was with a different legal group and felt like my claim was in a volleyball game being passed along to wear the client out. On a Dr appointment I drove by the office, turned the car around, while waiting in traffic I wrote the phone # down. When I got home, I called, Carolyn Salzman said she would take my case. Her voice was soothing, she explained it would be easy to release the other legal group and it was. I believe the intake officers name is Jane. She was not very helpful to either my husband nor the law firm she works for. She sounded like she was integrating my husband instead of taking down notes and passing the info down to the a real lawyer. We’ve asked questions before to other secretaries at other firms and they’ve always told us that they can’t answer anything they can only pass information and get back to us. Yet this lady was putting her input and even asking why we were calling them if we live 55 min away. Like is she serious?? I would understand if it was in another state. We used other lawyers in the past for other issues who were even farther and everything was done over the phone, faxed, and check was mailed. The case is solid and the company is big enough to have any lawyer come after it. But thank you Jane for nothing. We were helped by another much more friendly firm.
