I was referred to Michael Damaso and his firm the middle of January 2021 after a terrible car accident that left me injured and confused at the hands of a driver who "didnt feel like stopping" at a red light. The same day I was referred to him I was already receiving a call later that day, Mr .Damaso was very concerned about me and my injuries and made sure I didnt worry about anything but getting better. Once I was out of the hospital he sat down and explained exactly how this lawsuit was going to go for me...where I could understand it, and made sure I did. He walked me through everything I needed to do for him to help him; help me with this case. He assured me him and his amazing assistant Mimi would handle everything, that I only needed to send him copies of any bill's ,paperwork etc I received regarding my case. He kept in contact with me through the next couple months and always was most concerned about me, not the money! He made sure 100% that their were nothing he was overlooking or missing that could help me with the damages to my car and myself. I couldn't work, drive or do much of anything for awhile. I was in an auto accident where I was told that I was at fault 100% by the insurance company. I knew that I was not and based on my truth this law firm took my claim seriously and proceeded not only to help me with all of the medical cost but for a sense of justice with settling. I recommend them 100% Julian Kopa was amazing to deal with. He was very responsive and kept me informed throughout the entire process and although it took almost a year it was worth it in the end for my peace of mind.

Just when we thought that our hope was lost, God put Mantia law firm in our path. I was initially found at fault in an accident where i was T-Boned suffering permanent health complications leaving me disabled. I inquired about their services and Adrian reached out to me. Carl Reynolds and his team were a phenomenal blessing to my life. They assisted me during a very, very difficult time after a severe accident and made it absolutely stress free and easy for me. We came to this law office for help with an appearance only for a disability hearing. I had done all of the paperwork while living in NY. After having to relocate to FL, we had the case transferred to FL also. Again after doing ALL of the work on my own, we turned to this office for an appearance only on the case. The case was awarded and we were charged $6k for it. When we contacted the office to question the fee and I was told the attorney wasn’t there, I believe was out due to surgery or something (honestly not sure of the reason) and there was nothing they would do. We feel we were robbed of an easy $6k from this office. There is no way they deserved that much more or put that much time into it. I did all of the work. Due to circumstances under the rules, there was/is no recourse. Typical attorney out for the most money. I can say this because I’ve been in the profession for over 20 years, I’ve seen it all. If I could reduce to zero stars I would. Think twice.

My husband & I recently had a great experience working with our attorney, Roger Hatfield from Morgan and Morgan in Orlando, Fl on an insurance claim that kept being denied to cover the roof damage on a home we own in Orlando. They are the best law firm I work with and any law firm any better and he's company Morgan Morgan is the best. But they still work on my case I'll give them a ten star if I can. It is long progress, but I will work with you. If you keep them updated. That will give you every penny that you need I heard good things about them or hear them all over the radio. I know his brother went through got hurt back in day. It so sad how got treated by other doctor's. It seems like I'm going through same thing's, hopefully my case of work out very soon. I am suffering through a lot and losing money also. But hopefully I'll get all that back I am suffering so much my wife and my family is kind of keeping this together I'm so stressful right now but I believe they're going to get my stress free very soon.
