I’m so happy that my coworker referred me to Payer Law Group. They are one-of-a-kind people that really care about you and your well-being. When I went for my initial work comp consultation, aside from meeting with the paralegal, I met with Attorney Chris Payer directly. I had a bad slip and fall accident back in 2017. I had consultations with several attorneys who told me I didn’t have a case and proving fault would be too difficult. Tom Dennis reached out to me and worked on my case for close to four years, he is a true professional. I was referred to Michael Damaso and his firm the middle of January 2021 after a terrible car accident that left me injured and confused at the hands of a driver who "didnt feel like stopping" at a red light. The same day I was referred to him I was already receiving a call later that day, Mr .Damaso was very concerned about me and my injuries and made sure I didnt worry about anything but getting better. Once I was out of the hospital he sat down and explained exactly how this lawsuit was going to go for me...where I could understand it, and made sure I did. He walked me through everything I needed to do for him to help him; help me with this case. He assured me him and his amazing assistant Mimi would handle everything, that I only needed to send him copies of any bill's ,paperwork etc I received regarding my case. He kept in contact with me through the next couple months and always was most concerned about me, not the money! He made sure 100% that their were nothing he was overlooking or missing that could help me with the damages to my car and myself. I couldn't work, drive or do much of anything for awhile. Finally in June he called me stating he thinks hes done it and was sure I would be pleased with the outcome of his months of hard and dedicated work he put into my case. I could not be happier. Michael Damaso and his law firm are my Godsend, helped me get way more than I was ever expecting out of this case. If I could rate this small team 10 stars, I would. You will not find more gifted, intelligent, skilled, thorough, compassionate, and caring Orlando car accident lawyers. They are the ultimate professionals. They were very diligent and aggressive throughout the proceedings, with the defense attorney and insurance company. I rarely write reviews. But these lawyers really made it happen, in a big way. The case was a lot more involved than I ever thought it would be. But they explained what they were doing every step of the way. In the end, I couldn't have been more satisfied, and actually really shocked that the outcome was so good. There were some problems in my case, including that the other drive was lying like crazy. But they proved he was wrong by thoroughly questioning him, and a few people who saw the accident. Definitely five stars for me!

When a totally careless driver crossed the median and hit my car head on, I was rushed to the hospital with several serious injuries, requiring emergency surgery. I was very worried about how I would pay my bills because I knew I wasn't going to be able to work for quite a while. I called a few other law firms but couldn't get my questions really answered. Then a close personal friend recommended Tina Willis Law and I couldn't have been happier. I consider myself very fortunate to have found this small wonderful team of people, who were very compassionate about my situation, and took plenty of time explaining the entire process. They never rushed me and explained exactly how the case would be handled, and every step of the process. They were extremely professional and able to deal with the biggest insurance company and a big company defendant. They fought hard for me and I was THRILLED with the outcome, needless to say! The insurance company made a lot of unfair arguments and refused to pay until forced. I didn't enjoy going through a legal process, but this team made the experience a pleasure during a difficult time of my life. Thank you very much for a job well done. You should call them NOW! !

After bouncing around with another large law firm for a few terrible weeks I was extremely impressed from the minute I called Tina Willis Law. They have a small team of people, with very impressive legal backgrounds, experience, and success, who excel at the most serious injury and death cases. I think that's because of how much attention to detail they put into their case preparation. After fearing for my life during a terrifying auto accident with a semtruck and dealing with lots of medical treatment, including multiple surgeries, which I never expected to need, I very much appreciated their care and concern about my well being, and their constant focus on maximizing my case value. They started by explaining what I needed to do in terms of ongoing medical care, and they gathered other evidence needed to prove that I wasn't at fault, and how much my injuries changed my life, which was in many ways. Then they kept me informed every step of the way. I always knew what was happening in my case, which gave me a sense of control. Their entire staff was very responsive and gave me their cell numbers for calling or texting whenever I had questions. They usually replied immediately, or within a few hours max. Their very hard work, and attention to more details than I ever realized would matter, led to the best outcome I could have imagined. There were many times when they took actions that I don't think other law firms would have taken, to ensure that my medical records and other case evidence were there best they could be, which gave us the strongest arguments against the insurance company at the mediation. I hope and pray I never need to go through this again. But if I do, there is no way I would hire any other law firm. I rate them 10 out if 10. Highly recommend calling this law firm if you want the best!!

Glad I saw 1star review by TB: this law firm agreed to charge "max ssa fee allowed" ($6k), dragged his case for 3.5 years then sued TB for 25% back pay ($25k) and the court actually gave it to them...sickening, get informed, you can actually apply directly, no attorney needed.

In August I found out a lawsuit has been filed against me. It was in regards to a very emotional and sensitive matter, plus having never been sued before I was nervous. I got recommendations from lawyer and court employee friends, and looked up lawyers on Google. I called 12-15 law offices in the area but ultimately decided to put my trust in Mr Chris Turner at CRT Legal. His office staff was friendly, personable, and professional right from the start. Mr Turner then took the time to speak to me in depth about the case on our first phone call. I knew I needed a lawyer who is smart, organized, and can fight. Mr Turner is that. I felt like he's old enough in his career to know what he's doing extremely well, but young enough in his career to enjoy the fight. Exactly what a good lawyer should be. He hasn't disappointed. He's professional, incredibly smart, and great at what he does. Glad I made the choice to have him fight my battle for me. I contacted Mr. Turner about a possible civil law & defamation case. Mr. Turner was very prompt about returning correspondence. He was quite knowledgeable and informative in his response. As a physician, i deal with many attorneys (typical personal injury lawyers), but i found Mr. Turner to be insightful, honest, kind and not pushy. He seems like a very caring individual to me. If the need arises, i plan on using Mr. Turner again and if someone asks me for a referral in the civil law department, Mr. Turner would in fact get my referral as i do recommend him.

Just awful service, incredibly bad. Brian clearly needs help or does not care about his smaller clients. If its not big money, he will not place you as a priority. Was straight up lied to on the timelines of the process just to ensure i did not leave. Multiple instances & i mean almost a dozen, where you simply could not get ahold of the attorney OR anyone in his office. 2-3 separate weeks of calls to the office & lines were down. Multiple messages sent to the attorney requesting that it was 'urgent' & no response. This period went on for about 6-8 months where you could not count on any communication from the attorney or his office despite them promising they will reach out. The only time he did reach out was to try to coerce you into getting surgery so that you could a larger payout for him when it was not needed. If you seek someone that will represent you & place the client first, this is not the choice. Seek elsewhere before you this practice frustrates you.

I'm a lawyer in the area, but I do not handle personal injury. When my mother got hurt at work I knew I needed the best, so I went to Brian. Not only was Brian lightning fast to begin representation, he personally drove out to meet with my mother! He got above what the insurance company was asking for, and the entire time he gave us a realistic expectation with an extremely positive and upbeat attitude. Mr. Travis Williams is the man!!! If you’re looking for a great lawyer you should hire him. Mr. Williams was easy to communicate with and responsive, there was never an issue trying to get a hold him. Mr. Williams stood by my side for a two year case that could have dropped me in a very destructive hole. And not only did he get me out of this mess, the process happened smooth and efficiently. Travis Williams is an excellent attorney and he should be your #1 choice. He recently cleared up an auto accident for me that turned into a mess because I tried using one of the billboard attorneys first. Travis was able to get it all done in a timely fashion and got me a larger settlement than what I was expecting. Don't hire one of the ambulance chasers. Hire a real attorney. Hire Travis Williams.
