This company is by far the worst law office I have dealt with. They do not respond within 24 hours like they do. I called over and over within a month ths time and never got a response. I have done most the work for them and they expect to get paid for the little to no work they have done. They do not give any assistance when asked. They cut you off mid sentence when trying to explain what you need assistance for. Do not use this law group for anything you might need help for especially if it is a complex case.

They took my case then dumped me waisting my precious time while in need and short of time and energy. They mixed me up with someone else repeatedly. This is unethical by the way. Attorneys have rules of ethics to abide by and you can report them for not. Most people just do not know this. Where to start… You know when in hindsight you think and say ‘I wish I would have found someone else?’ well this isn’t it, of all the things that went wrong the day that I got rear-ended, the best thing was to call Mr. Ray Ledezma. WOW!! he called me back immediately and I met with him next day, he was genuinely concerned about me and explained the whole scenario to me. This was without knowing what the other person’s insurance limits were. I’m so thankful that I read some reviews like this that made me take the best decision that day. I could have called one of those big companies that you see or hear advertisements for, and they would have paired me up with a paralegal and a Junior attorney, I can almost see it, I wouldn’t have gotten half of what I did. You need someone like Mr. Ledezma to be involved in every aspect of the case so you can get the best outcome, you’d ask… ‘yeah but how do I know that he can fight for me better than the big companies?...
