When I had an issue that arose as a result of an injury, I called one of the big law firms that I had used for a case several years ago. That firm said that they couldn’t help me with the current case. It wasn’t “big” enough for their standards. I searched for local attorneys and found the Briggs Law Firm. Mr. Randy Briggs and his staff were a blessing to work with. The Briggs Law firm has integrity and is willing to go the extra step to walk you through the process so that you fully understand your options and choices available. I was involved in a car accident that was caused by a drunk driver. I soon found out that dealing with the insurance company and trying to get the care I needed to recover was extremely difficult even with having great health insurance. The Briggs Law firm was able to help open the doors to the specialists I needed to get me on the path to recovery and get the medical attention that I needed. They stuck by me and my family to see my process through. Mr. Randy Briggs was very kind and respectful towards the decisions that my family and I made in regards to any medical care and truly cared about my recovery. They were successful in working with the insurance companies and my doctors. I hope that my family does not need thier assistance in the future but if we do The Briggs Law Firm would be our first option.

While driving across busy Route 200 from CFCC to the Paddock Mall I was severely T-Boned by a speeding heavy-duty vehicle driven by a red-light running driver. I suffered numerous and very serious injuries and was painfully hospitalized from December 15 through January 6 prior to a lengthy at-home recuperation period. The fortunate aspect of this unfortunate pre-Christmas accident was that we had known Ocala-raised lawyer Randy Briggs for many years. I have just finalized, my dealings with Mr Hill regarding a workers comp case started in January 2021. Being in the trades it is very common to become hurt and most of the time it is also very common for your employer and their insurance companies to do what's right. In my case my employers insurance company did not do what's right and fought me all the way to the point I had no choice but to find representation. Mr Hill came recommended and I am so glad he was. If you want a fighter, someone to take the time to talk and explain things to you. You can't find anybody better, I know! In the past I have hired the big guys you see in commercials that don't know you, your case or where you want to land when all is said and done. HIRE Mr David Hill you will not be disappointed!!

I have known the King family since high school and they are not only fantastic folks but incredible attorneys. My husband was in a traffic crash and if it were not for the hard work of Jarrod and his staff, we would not have been able to cover medical expenses. I'm not sure who the negative reviewer is talking about but I think he/she might have their law firms mixed up. Hands-down, King Law Firm is the best personal injury firm, run by wonderful local folks who actually care about their clients and pour back into their community!

I was injured in a car crash right after I left my job to go back to school full-time. I tried to deal with the at fault driver's insurance company without an attorney but they flat out told me they were not paying me anything. With constant migraines, trouble sleeping, etc. but with a daily commute to school and heavy class-loads, the King Law Firm took the stress off of me worrying about the accident and being able to pay my medical bills while trying to focus on school and just getting better. Jarrod and I grew up together and I knew Greg long before he went to law school. These guys are the real deal: local, highly intelligent, compassionate, and MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY ARE NOT SCARED TO GO TO TRIAL AGAINST THE INSURANCE COMPANIES!! Do NOT settle for an attorney that is not local and one that the insurance company knows is scared to take your case to trial. People in the Ocala are know the reputation of the King Law Firm but even more importantly so do the insurance companies. Within weeks of getting King Law Firm involved, the insurance company tendered the at fault driver's policy limits, which allowed me to pay my current and future medical bills. I know this a long review but a lot of people end up with an attorney that they regret and the stress of having to 'baby-sit' your attorney just adds to the stress of trying to heal from your accident and pay your bills. It truly is important to choose wisely right-off-the-bat but it's not too late if you hired one of the out of town firms based on a bill board. Ask your attorney if he/she is going to take your case to trial and if not, you need to come talk to the King Law Firm ASAP.

I would be doing a disservice to the community if I was not able to express my deepest dislike and unprofessionalism of Jarrod King. Talk about taking the money and running when things don’t go as HE wants. The last I checked, lawyers worked for clients. Please.... if you are seriously injured, find someone who will be on your side and work for YOU and not have their own agenda of taking the money and running when the going gets tough!!!! The facts never changed from the time I hired you until the time we were SUPPOSED to go to trial. And I’m not trying to ruin you and your practice; I’m giving my opinion to people to make an informed decision. So please no more bullying!

The positive is the law firm contacted back, however the guy seemed to be More ignorant, belligerent, & unprofessionally. In result, ,the guy spoken to Before you could speak to the attorney, was More rude & just hung the phone. Never, EVER gotten the opportunity to explain my case. that S IS A BAD REFERRAL FROM THE BAR. I will file a complaint for their poor service

My experience with Dean and Dean could not have been better. They were compassionate, caring, attentive, very knowledgeable and their rates were quite reasonable. Having been rear ended on 12/2/20, my car was totaled and I was a wreck. I didn’t know what to do or where to start. With all kind of recommendations coming my way about who I should use as my attorney, we chose Maryanne Howanitz after talking at length to her assistant, April. She and her staff began picking up the pieces and putting things back into the places in which they belonged and I began to feel like things would, at some point, get back to “ normal”. To keep this write-up readable, it will be abbreviated. Maryanne and April began working through all the auto insurance issues whether medical and/or property including liability, and kept us apprised of progress at each juncture as it occurred. Marianne and her team turned over every rock to try and get my daughter some compensation for the auto accident she was in. She was able to get the officer to go back on the person that hit my daughter and give her 2 traffic citations and one criminal citation. Which the cop should have done at the time of the accident. So at least a judge will hear her story. Though we were not able to get anything for her, i want everyone to know.. Mariannes team quickly hopped to it when i called them. They are professionals. They gave me numbers that i could text anytime, evenings or weekends with my concerns and questions. I felt i could trust them. I appreciated all they do. Should i ever need representation again, i will call them.
