I was in my first car accident ever and I didn’t know much about the process of recovering from my injuries but Roden Law help me every step of the way. Through COVID-19 Kelly was able to still assist me in doctors appointments and other things throughout although I didn’t have any personal medical insurance. God forbid if I ever get in another accident but if I do I will call Roden Law first. Thank you!

He really took care of me in a tough time. Medical bills were piling in and I was still out of work. He helped with the stress of figuring out what I was suppose to do since the insurance company decided they would only pay a portion of my bills. He knows what he’s doing and he kept me up to date and always emailed me back right away to answer any questions I had. I really appreciate his help and how he took me seriously. He explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand. Everything he did was really appreciated and would use him again, if the time comes.

The Absolute Worse. I will never go with a TV lawyer again. They did not compensate me for my vehicle although they said they would!! Did not keep communication. Case took close to 5 years for a Measly Puny Settlement & they charge/take the same amount as you... I do not feel they earned it! To top it off, I was sent someone else's settlement information, with all there info on it instead of mine at the end. I'm so lad I'm done with them. I will NEVER Ever recommend. You may have a better chance if you go elsewhere, I wish I did. Unprofessional. Just No!!!

My wife has been waiting 3yrs and 11 months to have her case settled and as of today it’s been settled but still no pay out. We had to pay medical bills out of pocket because they went into collections waiting on these people. If you want to be lied to, ignored and end up with medical bills in collections then this is the place to utilize. My wife has email communications saying she’ll receive the wire transfer on x date but still no deposit. She has sent them emails and no response. She’s also went months without hearing a word from them. The times she was able to talk to a person she was feed lies and given the run around by Molly and Emily. Go anywhere else except this place. I feel my wife’s pain because no one deserves to be treated as such.

Miss Coolidge is the most amazing lawyer I have seen, not only did she take my case one day before court she worked countless hours to make sure we had the best chance at the case and I have to say after going though court I was so happy with the outcome and I will be using her in the future. Unfortunately I am unable to review how the Tate Law Group actually does in court. I was never able to talk to an actual lawyer and give more details on my ‘case’. I was only able to give highlights to an assistant over the phone, thinking I would be able to tell more detail on my case to the lawyer who could have been potentially helping me. That didn’t happen though, so my story was never given the chance to be heard. My phone call was never returned until I called back a few days later wondering if my information had even been reviewed. I’ll be consulting with a smaller firm in hopes that they’re willing to hear my story instead of dismiss me from a few overview details given by a receptionist.

I highly recommend Spiva Law Group. What really impressing me with Howard Spiva is the way he gives, gives, gives to his community thru his community outreach programs, especially his Kids in Helmets organization that provides free helmets to kids to protect them from head injuries. Daryl and staff negotiated a settlement when I was hit by a driver running a red light. Once they had everything they needed from me, it was a painless process. Pun intended. It took a little longer than they expected, but they proactively kept me in the loop on a regular basis - I don't think I never had to check in with them to see what was going on. Highly professional, and would certainly recommend, though I hope I don't need to use them again.

Recently The Brooks Law Firm helped me obtain a prompt and fair settlement from an insurance company that had shown little inclination to resolve the case. My vehicle was destroyed by the company's insured in a hit and run incident. My car was old and not worth a whole lot but I needed a settlement to help me replace the car. The case wasn't going to make money for the law firm, but for a small fee they helped me anyway. Maria Genualdi was especially responsive and professional. Greetings, I’ve been working with Owens & Mulherin for almost a year on my case, in regards to a car accident I had back in August of 2020.
