Currently a client. Was very very happy with Leo. He said it was a easy win in my motorcycle accident then weeks later I have be informed ill be lucky to get 1000$ after 4 months ouy of work loss of a job, shoulder surgery and so on. Behind bills. Everything. And now cant get a hold of attorney. If this changes ill change post but not happy currently with how I'm being treated,

Lawyer was absent, 2 years fighting just for him to tell me he can't do anything. I ended up closing on our claim and he put a lien on my claim. He wanted me to get back surgery so we could raise the claim. After I didn't want to he broke contact and forced me to settle myself. I've never been in this situation and if it to leave me with a sour feeling was not enjoyable. I even had to pay hospital bills myself because he didn't want to do all the extra paperwork to get them paid before me. 0 Starz. Please don't waste your time and life here. Edit, Why would I break contact if I wanted my money. no sane human would hire a attorney at 33% of the settlement value and than ignore him. I am sorry that we live in a system where even your own lawyers screw you over and still get paid. no need to respond, im just another number in your folders.

Gary has represented me in a personal injury claim which resulted from an auto accident. He was kind, helpful and made sure I understood the process. He communicated with me in a timely manner and clearly stated the resulting settlement. When the settlement was delayed longer than necessary, he contacted the insurance company to determine the cause of the delay. The settlement was forth coming within the week. Because he is so easy to work with, I highly recommend him for settling a personal injury claim. You won't go wrong hiring him..

The staff at Fielding has been wonderful to work with! Our initial visit with Josh was very pleasant, and he drove to our home (we live in a very rural area), and the first thing he asked us was if we were okay. He helped to get us set up with our medical needs, and he made sure our car repairs were taken care of immediately, as well as the rental vehicle, and we had our Kia back in two days, good as new! Elizabeth Miller, paralegal, was exceptionally helpful in the beginning, helping to get our providers paid...not an easy task. And Spencer Calveard has been so good at communicating with us whenever he has an update on the status of our case, and he has always found an answer to whatever questions we have had. Everyone has been very professional, kind, and helpful. We just picked Fielding out of the directory, because they had good reviews...but we have since recommended them to others, and will continue to do so. We're more than satisfied with their services, and really appreciate what they've done for us.

I had never needed to work with an auto insurance company for compensation for injuries before. I was not sure how to deal with my accident which was complicated.... I'm from Colorado, the driver of the car I was riding in, from Oregon and we were hit by a driver from Idaho. Brion and Courtney assured me that they could handle this case and they have! I had the misfortune of being hit while on my bicycle first time in Boise on a exploratory trip of Idaho. Fortunately upon returning to my motel, after being released from the hospital, Litster & Frost were next door. I solicited their assistance, this being my first experience of being in an accident away from home, ever. The staff was very friendly, informative, and cordial understanding my unfamiliarity with the process. Krissy Gilbert was there to answer or get an answer to my questions. Dan Jenkins, the attorney, was there to speak directly to me and put me at ease when I became anxious with the process. Just got off the phone with one of the attorneys there. Spent about 10-15 minutes being lectured like I was some sort of idiot for thinking I might have a case. I was repeatedly interrupted and treated rather rudely. I am dying of stage 4 lung cancer and the attorney thought it was a good idea to make me feel stupid instead of just let me know that he believes I don’t have much of a case. My recommendation is you try someone else instead.

I was hit by someone who ran a red light and his insurance company considered my car a "total loss". I inquired with several questions about the process, and my options, including my option to pursue further settlement directly with the at fault party. Kurt was very helpful and understanding to inform me of exactly what my options were and are, saved me a lot of time in effort that would have come to naught, and helped me to work with the situation.
