I was in a serious auto accident in 2010 in Southern Maryland. There was very little communication from Mr. Mike Schreyer or his paralegal. I never met the attorney until the day of my mediation. I was supposed to have received a call from Mr. Schreyer the day before mediation but he was too busy with another case to spend 30 minutes on the phone with me to review my case! I was not made to feel like my case was a priority nor that My case was important to this law firm. I was also never told that Mr. Schreyer and/or his law firm would get 40% of my settlement. This should have been disclosed to me right from the beginning of the lawsuit but never was until the day of mediation!!! The lack of communication from this law firm, the fact that I was made to feel not important, and to have gotten only a few thousand dollars more than the law firm was a hard pill to swallow and why I give Alpert Schreyer Law Firm a poor rating.

Once I got there no one was in the office, this is after paying a consultation fee. Finally someone arrives and basically confirmed I was lied to. The attorney I requested no long works there yet the took my money for consultation anyway. About a month ago my wife and I got a collect call in the middle of the night from our son, that call changed our lives in a way I won’t get into but we needed a lawyer, we were referred to Castro law group by a friend.
