Lindsay is a "salt of the earth" type of person, good hearted and as honest as they come. I have had the pleasure of working with her a couple of times now and I have nothing but great things to say. I'm so grateful to Lindsay of the Keller Woods &Thompson law firm for her humorous , professional and great customer service she provided me during my case. I had a accident in 2019 and my friend recommended me to the Gonko law firm where they don't care about their clients but rather themselves. They lack customer service and don't know how to talk to their clients. They wouldn't communicate with me anything pertaining to my case even if they get information from the defendants except I called them before they can give me any updates. Chris and his associates was so aggressive to me . Instead of them pleading for me they were pleading against me which broke me down so many times. I was always depressed every time Chris or his associates talk to me about my case because they will not allow me to talk but rather yelling at me and telling me to keep quiet even if I had a point or suggestion to make. This went on and on till I got fed up and decided that I don't want to go through this with them anymore and told them to close my case. This was a very hard decision for me because at that point no other attorney was willing to take my case because no one wanted to split the attorney fees with the Gonko law firm . I was frustrated because I have used my own money to repair my damaged car, pay for rental vehicle and other stuff from my pocket due to this accident till one of my friends recommended and give me Lindsay of Keller Woods & Thompson law firm phone numbers. I called Lindsay and didn't get her so I left her a brief message. Within less than an hour I received a call from Lindsay so I explained to her the problem with my case and right away she assured me that she was going to take my case. I couldn't believe it. She was able to contact the Gonko law firm to turn my files over to them and then after reviewing everything she got to know that Chris had already kinda finalized my case without me knowing so she told me not to worry, she's was going to get me everything that was entitled to me without cost. Lindsay did this very professionally and always kept me updated with every information that she gets pertaining to my case and also explain to whenever I had any questions which I appreciate her a lot for. Finally Lindsay was able to get me my check and charged me nothing for cost. I was referred to attorney Ben Harper by a close friend. I had never had any type of legal proceedings in the workmans comp area so it was all new to me. Lord+Heinlein Law Firm A few years back I suffered a painful injurious dog attack. The owner was present when this occurred but was totally ruthless and uncaring and left me standing in the alley behind his house bleeding from my injuries. Eventually I referred the case to Lord+Heinlein Law firm and they were very helpful. They guided me in knowing what information they needed and gave me realistic expectations as to what legal options I had. Leaving it in their hands it took almost a year but I was glad that all my expenses and losses were covered and,after their fee was deducted I received a very satisfactory settlement. A couple of years ago I was hit by a reckless driver on my way home from work and suffered a traumatic injury. I called Lord and Heinlein the next day, based on a friend's recommendation. Work with them for 2 years and then stuff they are supposed to prevent from going on your credit went on our credit. Now that we are brought to light of this. And we mentioned sueing them for not representing us fairly. Now they are dropping the case. Such wonderful attorney. Chris Martineau was very quick to respond, he was nice and extremely helpful! He gave me great advice on how to handle my consumer debt questions! Chris was able to settle one of them for me. So now I no longer have to go to court, they dismissed my judgement and allowed me to pay back less then what I owed. He is a great attorney! I found myself in serious trouble with the law 15 years ago facing some real time in the states facilities. I was able to hire Steve and his team to defend me. They are not cheap, but I whole heartily believe you get what you pay for. If I did not hire this team I would have done a year or two or more for sure.
