They finally got a move on it and asked that I remove my review. After an entire YEAR of waiting on them (and again, a serious lack of communication on Rachel’s part) and their “expert opinion” I was called only to be told that they don’t want to take the case, but that maybe another lawyer at a different firm might. Valuable time was wasted, where we could have taken a different approach to help my son had they been upfront in the beginning.
