Wade Byrd was recommended to me for my personal injury case as a result of a motor vehicle accident, and I could not be more disappointed with the representation that his law firm provided. Nothing else was done in my case. Was actually told, 'I don't know several times & there was zero interest in defending me or learning about my anxiety issues during the height of the Pandemic. I was blown away when Mr. Armstrong, (who I've never met, showed up at my trial) he interrupted my conversation with my, Public Defender. Again, zero verbal contact for over a year. Once I told him I didn't have any $$$ for him, he left quickly. A partial refund would be nice, perhaps when the Pig takes flight

While not a client of this firm, I did pay a retainer that they charged my son and daughter-in-law. It was a large amount to me. My son died with-in a few days of this payment, so his case did not go before a judge. I asked if there was any refund that I could get. I was told that they worked very hard for their client and earned this large fee, and that I was not entitled to any refund. I feel that to do what they did, only took a few hours to accomplish, and that I should receive some money back.
