I needed to get a title transfer for my father-in-law’s property. He is in Hospice and assisted living and the house needs to be sold to help with his expenses. My brother in law wants to buy the house, and my wife has power of attorney that allows her to sign the property over to him. I contacted this firm almost a month ago and heard nothing. When following up, I was told that it should have been completed and ready for signature, but they would follow up. Three days passed and I still didn’t hear from them, despite having called back and left a message. I called back today only to find out that they were going to refer the case because either they couldn’t or didn’t want to deal with the power of attorney. I’m starting over after a month. This is TERRIBLE customer service. When I asked why I was just finding out, I got no apology, only an incorrect excuse that they had left me a message. Look elsewhere for your legal needs.

We attended a scheduled real estate closing at this law office. We arrived wearing face masks, as appropriate. We asked to use the restroom, but were refused that courtesy. The receptionist told us we could go down the road to use the Circle K facilities! The attorney then came out and sat with us at a small table in the reception area rather than having us come back to his office to go through the closing process. I gave a 2-star rating because the attorney was pleasant & knowledgeable, but what an unprofessional approach to serving clients in the current Covid-19 environment.
