After battling SSA for nearly four years I hired Mr Frey I learned from him that doctors rarely document what they tell you. So you have to do your part because he will do his. Make sure your doctors document everything they tell you and get copy's of you test results. If you think an attorney is going to do everything thing you will be very disappointed. While not a client of this firm, I did pay a retainer that they charged my son and daughter-in-law. It was a large amount to me. My son died with-in a few days of this payment, so his case did not go before a judge. I asked if there was any refund that I could get. I was told that they worked very hard for their client and earned this large fee, and that I was not entitled to any refund. I feel that to do what they did, only took a few hours to accomplish, and that I should receive some money back.

Unavailable & spread too thin. Promises a better court outcome, but in NC, there isn't one.. Just takes your money & say's too busy 24/7. Continued my court case 3 times, as they allow payments. Nothing else was done in my case. Was actually told, 'I don't know several times & there was zero interest in defending me or learning about my anxiety issues during the height of the Pandemic. I was blown away when Mr. Armstrong, (who I've never met, showed up at my trial) he interrupted my conversation with my, Public Defender. Again, zero verbal contact for over a year. Once I told him I didn't have any $$$ for him, he left quickly. A partial refund would be nice, perhaps when the Pig takes flight

Wade Byrd was recommended to me for my personal injury case as a result of a motor vehicle accident, and I could not be more disappointed with the representation that his law firm provided. They initially made several misleading assumptions on my case based on a lack of research and legal work which turned out to be far from the truth. I provided extensive information to the representative, Sean Keenan, during the initial consultation by giving him details to include specific dates and locations. There was more than one incident in question and this was made quite clear during this conversation. I then paid the fee and was informed that they would be in touch. I eventually received a letter stating that only one item could possibly be removed from a record. My issue is why was I not provided this tidbit of information during this conversation? Surely this was not a new concept for a legal professional. Why did I pay $250 for information I HAD PROVIDED to the representative?
