At the beginning. Don’t even know if they can help. Greeted and listened compassionately by both Lyric and Emily. This event that brings me to this office is a tremendous weight that I feel I can no longer suffer without breaking. With just the two interactions (within one day, the initial) with these fine, professional, empathetic women, has given me a sense of relief that I have not known in I can’t remember. I don’t know if this case is something they will be able to handle but I sure am keeping my fingers crossed. DONT use this guy. Very rude, unprofessional, cranky! So if you want to risk it. Go ahead. (I read his response below) No he never asked me for a fee as he claims. I would only call when I got some paperwork in the mail that I needed him to review, I would drop off the paperwork which was usually 3 to 4 pages. Then leave a message and wait a few days, when he wouldn't call I would call him. He then told me to come pick up the paperwork and read it myself. So I don't think its unreasonable to ask your lawyer to review some 3 to 4 page forms pertaining to the case. I thought that was what they were suppose to do. I never called him daily as he claims. Maybe if he focused more on being a lawyer and not babysitting students with his student rentals he would be more effective.

I have to say that Kevin is very "hardline". It's not that he's not capable of his job or dedication to his line of work, but response time and lack of "bedside manner" is an issue I felt while attempting to work with him. In my particular case however I felt he was unwilling to even attempt to ask or attempt to reach a settlement that was mutually agreeable, and he is sending a "letter of withdrawal" from the case. This is after years of documented medical professional opinions, witnesses, and medical testimony and clearly able to to argue my case, and his failure to attempt to reach upon any sort of damages, past and future to come, and how quick he was to wash his hands of my legitimate case is why this review is left. I'm positive that Kevin may be able help others in their personal injury suits, but the response and actions taken by him were unacceptable to me that has led to this "review". Kevin is a "bulldog", and I'm sure he's seen and prosecuted many cases in the past. He just is unable and/or unwilling to proceed in a matter that would conclude my personal injury suit. In no way am I saying he's uncapable. My personal opinion is that he only wanted to choose the path of least resistance and strong arm me into saying yes when I know the answer is no.

Kevin is very smart and aggressively represents his clients. I was very satisfied with his work and would not hesitate to use him again. It's better to have a good lawyer like Kevin than to rely on good luck or sympathey from the justice system.

This law firm, if you can even call them that has absolutely no integrity. These are NOT people you should entrust with your legal representation. Trust worthiness and integrity are everything in this realm and they lack both. There are many other options in central New York, go with one of those...any of those. I literally only was contacted twice over the span of 8 months!!! Every single time they said they'd get back to me in a couple weeks, I'd have to call them after 3 or 4 weeks only to get usually get ignored. It literally got to be so odd that it seemed like they were running down the clock on my statute of limitations. It really did...I really couldn't understand how someone would have that little integrity and communicate that little in an important situation like that, especially when they knew my statute was running down already. It got to be so sketchy that the only thing I can fathom is that there must be some angle where they knew the surgeon or were affiliated with the defendant some other way and were trying to intentionally mess my case up. This law firm as an absolute joke. The odd lack of communication got so bad that I finally called Mike Porter... I left a thorough message explaining to him what was going on politely and sure enough he couldn't even handle a simple task of a couple minute return phone call! I know that things happen and people get busy but I'll tell you what to only hear from them twice in the better part of eight months is absolutely despicable. I see a pattern here and it's def not a good one. There are a lot of other options out there and lawyers that will treat you with respect and dignity. I'd go on, but it really seems most of it has already been said. I'm not sure about the other partners here, but as they say... birds of a feather, and there are a lot of other horrible reviews out there. These are not the type of people you want to be putting your trust in AND representing you in important matters...the most important matters of your life!

I would not recommend or trust them to handle any case especially when they failed to follow through on filing the correct documentation during the time period allotted them. I lost thousands of dollars due to their negligence and plan to file a complaint.

Don White was an exceptional litigator in my case. It was a Child Support dispute, which was at times, complicated and emotionally charged. Don provided strong advocacy and was the voice of reason in difficult moments. Moreover, Don's success before the Magistrate awarded me the appropriate amount of Child Support my family was due as well as recouping Child Support arrears which were significant. It's simple. This is the firm to represent you if you have been injured by someone else. I'm an attorney in Rochester and when I was recently hit by a car, I knew that the best firm to represent me was Faraci Lange. Brian Zorn zealously represented me in getting the insurance company to pay far more than it had initially wanted. I was kept updated frequently about the status of my case. My options were carefully and clearly explained to me. The firm took care of the flood of documents coming in from the insurance company that needed to be completed. Ultimately they made sure I received compensation higher than I had initially thought possible.
