My family and I could never ever repay Mr. Appleton for all his hard work to bring justice and peace to my family after the awful experience that forever changed our lives. My father's wrongful death occurred in 2017 and we hired Mr. Appleton shortly after. What stood out to us was that he was always present and responsive. After being treated poorly and being threatened by the insurance company that represented a driver who rear ended my car, we called the law offices. They took care of everything! We didn’t have to speak to the rude reps from the insurance company ever again. After finished therapy, it took about a few months to settle our claim but we were more than satisfied with the outcome. We have already recommended them to a coworker who was also being treated unfairly by an insurance company. We highly recommend them to anyone who has been in a car accident. What the insurance companies call a “minor” accident can leave you and/or your children with mild brain injuries and months of lost wages, pain and physical therapy. Don’t be left with those bills affecting your family finances or your credit rating long term! Call this law office immediately!

I retained Attorney Jessica Dixon for matters concerning custody of my infant daughter. As a father there is often a stigma that no matter the circumstances we will get less time awarded in court. I started my process feeling very pessimistic about my situation, her professionalism, effort, communication, and hard work changed my entire outlook on the situation. Although every situation is different and your case may or may not resolve the same way. We ended up coming to an agreement and I was awarded joint custody of my daughter.
