We used Maxwell Graham for a auto accident claim for 3 of us. They were very attentive to detail and worked diligently to maximize our payout. We worked closely with one of their paralegals, Lindsey, who kept us informed and responded quickly to our questions. Sometimes one has to be just lucky in finding the best professional. Boy was I "lucky." Lauren Adler was amazing in her determination to get me a favorable settlement from the insurer of the idiot who T-boned me while texting. Following a hit and run incident on my bicycle, I worked with another lawyer for a brief while, who seemed more interested how bad my injuries were than how to ensure my case was handled properly. I recommend Jim as a lawyer if some are in real trouble following a crash. My case was a mess from the beginning. At fault was wrongful pointing me, being exactly the opposite. Because of not typical injury, it was a hard to prove the case. Jim not only negotiated good settlement with the insurance but lowered the medical bills to 1/10 of what was billed originally! I was seriously injured in a roll over car accident and had several previous lawyers who were unable to resolve my case and in fact lost my right to compensation. Jim took over the legal malpractice case and from the moment he got on board he finally got me to a doctor who was able to figure out what was wrong with my shoulder (it had been years and nobody had been able to tell me what was going on), he also gave me a roadmap to my legal recovery. I met my Lawyer, Elena Elizabeth Tsiprin while visiting her for a different case. She mentioned she also deals with accident cases. I had been an accident the year before. I was feeling lost and as if no one could help me with the pain I was feeling. I did not know my rights and believed that I was going to have to live with pain for the rest of my life. I was unfortunate to have been struck and injured while riding my motorcycle. Adam Trotsky and his assistant, Erika Le, have been the most helpful navigating me through this nightmare situation. They have looked after my best interests, and that my insurance policy was maximized. My case was particularly difficult, not only that the other had minimal insurance coverage, both of us were insured by the same insurance company. Right from the start, and because my insurance didn't have third party to go after, they were not working in my best interest but rather in interest of reducing their own cost. McNeese & Trotsky made sure that I was being treated fairly and compensated for my injuries. I love attorney Elizabeth Lepley, she is such a great attorney and she helped me even when no one else would, and even when my former attorney burned me and ruined my case, she cried with me and is so supportive. I find it difficult to rate a law firm. The lawyer I'm working with and his clerks have been good about laying out the strategy for my case and responding to my inquiries. I believe I have won my case (don't have the ruling from the judge yet), but the are so many variables and people that influence that result (primarily the judge) it's hard to assign credit to the firm, even though it does influence my impressions of it.

In 2015 I initially employed Lehmbecker Law Offices for a No-fault auto collision personal injury. While in the midst of my case, I was struck again. No-fault auto collision. Talk about confusion..! NOPE. These folks had it UNDER CONTROL for me. Elizabeth an Robert.. this is my public thank you. Wait I'm not done. Few years later I hurt myself at work and was bullied by my employer. So I hired Lehmbecker Law Offices again and of course everything takes time but Robert K, Tom M and Anna again your help is priceless.
