After my first bike accident, it was clear that I needed a lawyer to deal with the piles of paperwork and negotiation (it was like a second full time job). I was recommended WA Bike Law and I have been extremely pleased with them after my accidents in 2013 and 2019. Both the lawyers I worked with (John and Rob) were extremely professional and caring. Their primary concern was my health and well being and I never felt any pressure to settle. Rob even visited me in my house as I could not travel to his office due to my injuries. I am guessing my case would not give them the big $$ so they didn't give me the time of day, an explanation would have been nice. Last night, I received a letter from the court of Seattle stating that I need to show up to court for a "Hit and Run" that DID NOT HAPPEN two years ago. I immediately started searching for lawyers. I found Khan Law Firm and used their online chat function on their website. No attorneys were available at the time, but TERI got back to me first thing in the morning. All I can say is WOW! She is absolutely amazing. She's easy to talk to and made me feel so much better. Although she said she couldn't help me with my specific case, she pointed me in the right direction. She gave me advice on the next steps I should take and advised me on getting a "defensive" lawyer instead. Although Teri wasn't able to represent me, I know that if needed, I know that I could reach out to her any time for a personal injury lawyer. In summary, she is responsive, professional, and honest. 10/10, would recommend.

I thought they were good but a big disappointment. They work with lawyers out of state , I higher them in Seattle and the lady who call me 2 times in a year was in New York city. After not hearing from them in 6 months they called me to say my case was dismissed. Bad service and poor communication. Do yourself a favor find someone locally to avoid a headache.

Please do yourself a favor and do not hire these people. They will rip you off big time. They will take their cut before any adjustments and at the end their cut will be double of what you are getting and they will delay your payment as much as they can. That 33.9% is the biggest scammer I ever see.

I couldn't recommend this law firm more highly! I was in need of an attorney to help me fight back against an auto insurance company that wouldn't reimburse my out of pocket expenses for a collision (the other driver was at fault). I was contacted very quickly after completing a form on their website and was paired attorney Susan Cohodes. She was absolutely wonderful to work with! She kept in touch frequently, answered all of my questions timely, and was flexible in meeting with me during Covid.
