I thought they were good but a big disappointment. They work with lawyers out of state , I higher them in Seattle and the lady who call me 2 times in a year was in New York city. After not hearing from them in 6 months they called me to say my case was dismissed. Bad service and poor communication. Do yourself a favor find someone locally to avoid a headache.

Please do yourself a favor and do not hire these people. They will rip you off big time. They will take their cut before any adjustments and at the end their cut will be double of what you are getting and they will delay your payment as much as they can. That 33.9% is the biggest scammer I ever see.

After my first bike accident, it was clear that I needed a lawyer to deal with the piles of paperwork and negotiation (it was like a second full time job). I was recommended WA Bike Law and I have been extremely pleased with them after my accidents in 2013 and 2019. Both the lawyers I worked with (John and Rob) were extremely professional and caring. Their primary concern was my health and well being and I never felt any pressure to settle. Rob even visited me in my house as I could not travel to his office due to my injuries. Having them focus on the paperwork/negotiation, allowed me to focus on healing.

This is by far the best law firm I have ever come in contact with! They really take care of you, from start to finish. I got into an accident and was referred to Shakespear from a friend. When I met with him he was very professional and friendly. My case is not finished yet but just wanted to these guys are awesome. Shakespeare is a friend of a friend, however I've been working with Tina. She may seem busy but she just talks fast. Tina helped me get my $500 deductible back from my insurance co. after getting my car repaired within a week! Be patient. If you were in a car accident you have a case that you just need to let the lawyers take care of and you should be focusing on what your doctor or physical therapist instruct you to do. Focus on yourself and not your medical bills as they will be taken care of.

A long-overdue review for the great work Ray and Polonia did after a car accident I was involved in a couple of years back. I'd characterize my experience as excellent. Working with Ray was very easy. He was engaged and asked all the right questions. His laid back, guy next door personality shouldn't alarm you...he's persistent, tenacious and unafraid of the other side. It took some time to get "them" where we wanted them but, through it all, Ray was working the case, keeping me informed and putting the heat on. Finally, the case was resolved and I walked away satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Ray Brooks.

When I need a litigator, I start and end with Ray Brooks. He is an expert litigator and zealous advocate who, in a couple of cases, has gotten better results for me than I expected. Ray is as responsive as any lawyer I have ever worked with. He and Polona step willingly into the line of fire and take care of issues that most people dread dealing with--managing hospitals, insurance companies, other lawyers, etc. They have good hearts and willingly give their time to make sure matters are handled properly, including matters that are outside the scope of the pending case but are important to their clients. A respected neighbor gave me a recommendation, The Brooks Law Firm, for my two rear-end auto accidents that happened in less than a year of each other. Right from the first appointment, Ray Brooks scrutinized the documentation that I brought, and asked many detailed questions as his wife and assistant, Polona, took notes. He needed more information so I had my homework. Ray plays to win; he assumes he's going to court and plans accordingly. He doesn't just collect your accident information, file some papers, and go the final settlement meeting. Ray had a general idea of the monetary worth of my case. He and Polona have years of experience and know what they are doing. Polona kept track of all the paperwork and appointments, kept me updated, and explained what she needed and why without any pressure. Ray explained what the next steps were. He said what to expect and guided me through each step of the process: the deposition where my testimony was recorded and transcribed for future use (the attorneys for the other two car accidents asked questions of me), and the recorded medical evaluation with a neurology doctor and an orthopedic surgeon which took two hours. The day of the settlement meeting, the mediator went back and forth, not just once, not just twice, but at least five times between Ray, Polona, and myself in Ray's office, another room with the attorney & their client for the first accident and another room with the attorney & their client for the second accident. I thought the end result was fair. Because of my "outstanding medical and liens" to repay the insurance company, I would not have gotten that much; Ray negotiated with the insurance company for a much more favorable repayment rate. I was very pleased with my settlement.

I had my previous 3 auto claims handled by Mrs. Gina Kim for the past 13 years I've been driving. I find it difficult to rate a law firm. The lawyer I'm working with and his clerks have been good about laying out the strategy for my case and responding to my inquiries. I believe I have won my case (don't have the ruling from the judge yet), but the are so many variables and people that influence that result (primarily the judge) it's hard to assign credit to the firm, even though it does influence my impressions of it.

In 2015 I initially employed Lehmbecker Law Offices for a No-fault auto collision personal injury. While in the midst of my case, I was struck again. No-fault auto collision. Talk about confusion..! NOPE. These folks had it UNDER CONTROL for me. Elizabeth an Robert.. this is my public thank you. Wait I'm not done. Few years later I hurt myself at work and was bullied by my employer. So I hired Lehmbecker Law Offices again and of course everything takes time but Robert K, Tom M and Anna again your help is priceless. I couldn't recommend this law firm more highly! I was in need of an attorney to help me fight back against an auto insurance company that wouldn't reimburse my out of pocket expenses for a collision (the other driver was at fault).
