I am not certain what Mr. Garrett, experienced. He certainly has the right to his opinion, but I want to say, I dealt with Attorney, Stephen Henderson, and more often with Senior Paralegal, Lori Zander, and never received anything but responsive, caring, considerate and professional treatment. In fact, I believe they both went above and beyond to assist me with settling my husband's estate and then helping me with my estate planning. I would HIGHLY recommend them both! Lastly, I should probably have talked to my grandson, as I could not change nor figure out how to change the name. I am Gayla Gjertsen-Morrissette, not Jordan Thaden. (that is my grandson)

I had a very unpleasant, unprofessional, and upsetting experience with Henderson Law Group's paralegal Lori Zander. I contacted Henderson Law Group because I am seeking to find local legal help for assistance with closing a family member's estate and creating a will for myself. Lori Zander returned my call promptly, but was quite rude and belittling when it turned out I was confused whether or not the estate had gone to probate, seemed to find it suspicious that I was seeking a new law firm in Olympia rather than continuing to work with a high-priced attorney in Seattle even after I explained I had relocated to Thurston County, and in general spoke to me with a tone of superiority and disdain. Apologies that I am not as fluent in the law and legal terms as you, Lori, but that's why I'm seeking assistance! I thanked Lori for all of her "help" and was relieved that she seemed to forget that I was also seeking to create a will. No need to discuss any other legal needs with Henderson Law Group after this unpleasant experience! I'll continue seeking local lawyers who don't treat their potential clients with plain condescension. Two stars only because the receptionist I spoke with was friendly and professional, and Lori Zander did return my call promptly.

I was involved in two accidents within three years of each other, which were not my fault. The first one was minor and unfortunately the second one was major which required me to taken to the hospital and subsequently had to have knee surgery. Rivera law offices took on my case both times. Both of the attorneys were very attentive, including gathering statements and working with the adjusters with the at fault parties as well as their follow up to the resolution of both cases. Their paralegal was great as well in following up with questions I had and gathering all the pertinent information relating to the accidents and communicating with me. I Would definitely recommend Rivera law offices to anyone who is needing a knowledgeable, competent law firm to help you in your time of need.

I Wasn't sure if they could help me with my situation or not. I explained what I was looking for and the receptionist was a bit curt, stated she wasn't sure if they could help but she would ask and get back to me. They never did. I wouldn't have minded if they could not help but rudeness of not having the decency or mannerisms to contact me on that information is a practice becoming all to common in everyday life however as Professionals they should know better.

I was involved in an auto accident the other driver was distracted and attempted to blame us for the accident when the at fault driver crossed center line and hit us head on. We went with this law firm second because the other firm was inattentive. Wish we would have started with them first. The matter was settled quickly and with the other driver being out of state added complications, you would not know because everything went smoothly from my end. This law firm also had a pleasant surprise and offered an opportunity for me to help in my community in a way I would not normally have been able to. They are a business that I am privileged to support and they make our community a better place to live and work. I referred a close friend to this law firm before my matter was settled and they where also very satisfied with the professionalism and attentiveness allowing for the matter to be resolved quickly and above and beyond all expectations. Should you have the misfortune of a car accident, you will want to hire Church Rietzke Johnson. I specifically worked with Bryan Johnson and team, and they are amazing. Bryan and Joey are professional, friendly, capable, organized and easy to work with. Bryan went above and beyond to push for a fair settlement package when the at-fault driver's insurance company was being unrealistic and completely unreasonable. He explained the various options I could take along the way as they came up, and things to consider when choosing an option so that I went with the route I was most comfortable with. I loved that they kept me in the loop throughout the process. If you are debating whom you should call to take your case, I would say hire this firm, and ask for Bryan. You will not regret it!

This is a five star review and public endorsement of how my personal accident case was transformed from total despair and frustration to a fully satisfactory settlement won by Personal Injury Attorney Bryan D. Johnson, a partner in the Church, Rietzke, Johnson law firm of Olympia, WA. On December 8, 2017, another driver totaled my 2013 CTS Cadillac and severely injured my lower lumbar spine. The other driver’s auto insurance company had to be practically arm wrestled to pay me near the actual replacement value of my luxury car as well as arbitrarily cut me off prematurely from paying for my reasonable and prescribed medical treatments. Their unacceptable behavior forced me to search for the most highly qualified personal injury lawyer available, and fortunately I engaged Bryan Johnson to represent me and settle my case in my favor. The initial settlement offers from the insurance lawyers were less than my past accumulated medical expenses, so we ended up suing the other driver for all of the uncompensated medical-related expenses as well as my pain and suffering resulting from the accident. Terry Church Review I was at a complete stop in my car, rear-ended and injured. My insurance company stopped paying my medical bills shortly after treatment started. I was far from healed at that point and knew I had to continue my medical care. I needed a good lawyer to represent me. I knew of Terry Church's ethics and integrity in fighting for his clients. It has been long in the making - my review that is. But it is symbolic that I just had to sit down and write this on Christmas Day this year! First of - Merry Christmas to Jack Hanemann and his entire office and staff. May God bless you and yours this Holiday season. With that said - big thanks to Mr. Hanemann and Kayla Eagan. Almost two years ago, three days before my granddaughter was born I was on my way to see my daughter and give her a boost of confidence. I was sitting at the red light on the intersection of Pacific and 348th in Federal Way. Out of nowhere, there was a car t-boned thru the intersection and finding front bumper of my jeep. Lucky of me - I had a jeep, the angle of trajectory wasn't straight on and the impact happen to on of the hooks on front bumper. I was extremely lucky, however I blacked out and had a concussion. Of which I had no idea until later. Without getting into detail I need to say that my insurance, well lets just say it has a lizard for a spokesperson, wasn't very receptive to my claim on fair terms. Someone recommended Mr. Hanemann's law office to me en passing. I knew it was going to be a tough deal, since the initiating party had no insurance etc etc. without going into too much detail. Kayla Eagan and Jack interviewed me the first time. After that I entrusted the process into their hands. I had my moments, when I was about to give in and such and settle for what could have been a minuscule portion of what I had to deal with such as pain, discomfort, missed work days and time that it took for me to restore vehicle. Kayla reassured me that this is not the end and to trust that they would do everything to fight on my behalf for the fair deal. AND they delivered! Thank you so very much Mr. Hanemann and Kayla Eagan for taking care of me in this tough situation . By the way, my granddaughter was born three days after the accident and I didn't miss that event. One of the reasons - I knew that I was in good hands and in addition to concussion and having joyful moment of becoming a first time grandfather, I didn't have to carry on the worry of other frustrating moments of dealing with the accident. I was referred to Ron Meyers by my union President and another fellow firefighter. It was a great decision. Ron and Mindy have been very professional. I could not have chosen a better firm to represent me. I believe they are the best! In my situation, I have cancerous lymphoma. It was necessary to get radiation treatment for it. The radiation treatment has caused numerous and serious degrading effects on me. I am up against a self-insured city and their insurance manager who appear to do everything in their power to get out of paying for legitimate claims. Ron and Mindy are not allowing them to do that. I didn't think I needed a lawyer after my heart attack, but I had several fellow firefighters tell me, "Get Ron Meyers!" I did, and am I glad I did. The city would have walked all over me. Ron and his associate Mindy fought for me and are fluent in legalese. Most of the time I had no idea what the official paperwork was saying. The words were English but everything else was foreign. Mindy always had time for me whenever I called and patiently explained everything until I understood. Ron was in the legislature and helped write the law that affected me, so he knew all the ins and outs and nuances of it.They both helped with the small (to me) things that would have made a huge difference in the outcome if I had simply used the wrong word in the paperwork I had to fill out or interviews I had to attend. Jonathan was a wonderfully attorney! I was having a horrible time after losing my husband. He died on the job and he was able to help me, even as distraught that I was. He made sure that I understood what my rights were as a widow. What could happen while we were in this deliberation with labor and industries. And we did win the case, and it wasn’t very long it was I think under eight months for the case to settle. A lot of my friends were surprised they thought it would take a long time and it did not. So if you’re looking for a good attorney I would encourage you to go and talk to Jonathan Stubbs he has a office in Lakewood. I think it would be worth your time!
