Don't come here looking for help. She did not look out for my best interests. Did not convey important information to me, the client. She would not even tell me what the other side was saying about me. When asked about the process she said we "but heads" on this and told me to find other council. Thanks Shawna.

I hurt my shoulder at work and ended up needing surgery... I was badly injured. Anyone who has gone through a traumatic injury understands how overwhelming and exhausting the system is to navigate. After a couple of years, when it was obvious I wasn't going to recover to a standard of workforce abilities, I began the slog through the "disability " world. I'd heard horror stories of people trying for many years and not making progress. I DID try collecting my own data, sitting for long, painful hours in wait to see an agent. Denied. Tried to appeal. My husband was T-Boned at and intersection. Both his large truck and the other parties vehicle were totaled. The isurance company wanted too only pay out $5000. 2 years later We found Tom online and had a meeting with him. Tom took the case and his staff were incredible to work with as well. In the middle of all this Covid hit. The office staff were very responsive too returning our phone calls and keeping us updated. Tom got a settlement for us of $190,000! I would highly recommend Joe Bartek as your personal injury lawyer. In October 2016, I was hit by a car while walking across a street. I suffered a broken femur and a concussion. I asked Joe to represent me as my personal injury lawyer. Joe is an excellent lawyer. He was professional and communicated with me very efficiently. He told me what to expect from the process, what he expected the timeline to be and made excellent suggestions for guiding me through the process. He was a very effective negotiator with all the insurance companies involved. He also handled bureaucracy between the hospital and insurance companies that was delaying the process. I had a personal injury claim from a restaurant incident. I had a previous health history and it wasn't a lot of money they were wanting to compensate for their negligence. After the restaurant lawyers wouldn't budge on negotiating with me on a reasonable amount for everything I'd been through I looked for a lawyer. I was having a hard time finding a lawyer who would be willing to take my case because it wasn't worth big money overall, only about $25,000 or so. Mr. Marshall heard my case, listened to me, and helped me. I told him the amount I wanted to walk away with after his fees, because of everything I had been through and the restaurant's gross negligence. He was able to work with the restaurant's lawyers and get a reasonable settlement. The amount would have paid me a little under what I wanted to walk away with so Mr. Marshall adjusted some of his costs so I could walk away with that amount. He cares about his clients.

Hiring Melissa Sullivan from Sullivan Law Group was the best decision I made for my legal representation for a DUI. My journey began on October 31st, 2020 when I made a terrible choice to drive my car to go get food while intoxicated. I was pulled over entering my apartment complex as I parked at my assigned spot. I knew what happened. I knew I was wrong. I cooperated with the officer. I ended up blowing 3x the legal limit of .08. I sat in jail for 20 hours. Shortly thereafter, I searched for a DUI attorney. Melissa was the first I contacted. I felt immediate ease after explaining what happened. I felt comfortable listening to her. Then, I consulted with a second attorney who did not quite put me at ease. I decided Melissa was the clear choice. Right away, Melissa guided me on the right track. She advised me in great detail on what exactly I needed to do. I followed up immediately. I attended and completed the classes along with the required assessment. Also, I paid to appeal my license suspension with the DOL. While doing this, Melissa got me a continuance since she knew I'd be on vacation out of town during the Christmas/New Year holidays. The big news came when Melissa informed me the prosecutor agreed to a plea deal of negligent driving in the 1st degree, which was the desired goal! Next, we found out the DOL would be dismissing our case! Melissa subpoenaed the officer to appear at the DOL hearing however he no-showed. Our chance of winning was around 20%. We won. Before my final court appearance, Melissa went over everything the judge would ask. She put me at ease. Even though the judge issued slightly higher fines, I was not ordered anything beyond the agreed plea deal. In conclusion, while Melissa apologized to me for not getting lower fines, she absolutely "Hit It Out Of The Park". I'm grateful for Melissa Sullivan's guidance throughout my legal journey. I'm most grateful I did not cause any harm to others from my action. I would highly recommend Melissa Sullivan at the Sullivan Law Group to anyone who needs a DUI attorney. I hired Paul with the hope to get my charges reduced. I had never had any law involvement before and was completely confused on the process. Paul made this experience painless and walked me through it every step of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very aggressive on my behalf. I am also Active Duty so any form of legal involvement could have drastically impacted my career. Paul has complete knowledge of the Military Judicial system and works extremely hard to reduce a civil case in order to maintain good standing with the military. For any Sailors looking for representation Paul is well educated in the polices and procedures of the Navy as he is prior service. If you want an attorney that will update you and call you based upon your case just to update you, this is not the place. Long story short, I got t boned lost my truck that was a payment away from being paid off by a company vehicle that ran a red light and its all on video. It took close to 2 1/2 years to settle. Pretty much I get paid more every 2 weeks then this settlement. This place is terrible! Never again will I go here.
