Imagine a lawyer saying give him X amount of money to get your fiancé out of a probation violation in 15 days ...... you give him 3/5 of the money and he does NOTHING. When we call he’s NOT available 9/10 times. If we don’t call he won’t call. Then he tries to pacify us with run around about waiting on this person, waiting on this DA, waiting on this grand jury. That’s NOT what we agreed to pay for. I am extremely disappointed and because of his over confidence my daughter has been told her father would be home in about 15 days over 15 times. I never knew I would end up needing a lawyer ever in my life until the day my previous toxic relationship ended in the result of domestic violence and me having to defend myself. First, Luke was recommended to me by an acquaintance. From my first discussion with him he was very knowledgeable of the law and my situation. From the moment I hired Mr. Kane he was very knowledgeable about NYC gun laws and immediately dropped my anxiety. I was facing some extremely tough punishment for what was a very simple misunderstanding of the local gun laws in NYC.
