I have used Mr. Lombardo in settling my family case which was dragging one year longer than it should have been. I ended up firing my first attorney and retained Mr. Lombardo to take over the case. Attorneys do not like "taking over" the cases that were started and/or butchered by somebody else. It is messy and time consuming for the client and an attorney. However, I've explained my situation to him and Mr. Lombardo agreed to take on the challenge. My case was over in less than one year, after I've hired the Lombardo Law offices. I should have hired them initially and had the case finished 6 mo to a year, instead of 2 years that it took due to "initial" mess. I never had to question Mr. Lombardo' s integrity and his office was always accountable. I never had to "chase" anyone from this office. Whatever needed to be done, was done. If I had the question or a concern, I always received my answer in the timely manner. It may not have been the answer I wanted but, it was the truth and not "sugar coated". Over all, I highly recommend the Law Offices Of Joseph Lombardo. They will fight on your behalf and not just represent you, like some law firms do. - believe me, there is a big difference between the two - I tried both and wish Lombardo Law would have been my first choice. They are ambitious, accountable, honest, trustworthy and understanding.

Jeff was incredibly informative, knowledgeable and patient with me. Not only did he provide me with the information I was looking for, he also took the time to make sure every question I had was answered. Don't waste your money here she will not go against the judges for you in ocean county family court, she works with them get an attorney out of toms river. Mrs. Rybar responded to my review with a lie she said a free consultation she charged me 100$ dollars for a half hour consultation. Do the math! That's not FREE Lawyers can't trust them, I'm just being honest. If your a father don't go here!

Agnes, complimented by her staff, excelled with handling my divorce motion. I had previously submitted a similar motion to the court; which was denied in every facet. Agnes demonstrated aggressiveness in submitting to the court several prior rulings that supported my motion and was accepted by the court. These were fundamental as part of the favorable decision on my motion. Additional, garbled financial information was analyzed and presented to further enhance the decision. Agnes and her team were prompt in responding to my advisory petitions to the court and countered sustaining my motion statements. When the matter was sent to an arbitrator, the “Give and Take” was most favorable to my motion Agnes and her staff consistently excelled in handling all facets of my divorce proceedings. Agnes and her team worked with me threw probably one of the worst time in my life and was able to help me to get Joint custody of my 2year old daughter. It was a very ruff year not only for me but for my daughter as well and they helped me so much and I’m so great full how everything has turned out. I was referred to the firm and was taken under Dawn Kaplan's and Allison Burkhardt's wings, for my tumultuous divorce,. My ex-wife wanted to relocate and take our kids away from me because she thought she had the right to. Dawn and Allison are brilliant strategist, taking their time to explain what is happening, and both are truly vested in your interest. I was referred to Mr. Newman by a colleague to help deal with a family issue, and I would recommend him to others as well. I appreciated him taking about 45 minutes prior to my becoming a client to answer my questions, and clearly explain the process required. He has a calm demeanor and discussed all aspects of the case, both positive and negative. He guided and advised, but always accepted and did what I asked of him. His staff was always courteous, respectful, and willing to help. He seemed to have familiarity with and respect of the court and his billing seemed fair. While I would not wish difficult family situations on anyone, Mr. Newman would make a good advocate for someone in need.

I hope I never have to go through the pain of a divorce again. However, if I did, I would never select Weinberger law firm even if the retainer was free. My initial meeting with Kourtney I thought I made the right decision with selecting my attorney. She had crystals placed on her desk which I recently got into since separating from my husband. Once the legal process started, I began to experiment the lack of urgency and slowness to respond from Kourtney. I would make it very clear in my emails when I needed a response. I understood I was not Kourtney’s only client. Once my ex-husband responded to the divorce petition it was discovered his attorney and Kourtney worked together. The way these two women went back and forth with each other were unprofessional and quite embarrassing. I had to tell Kourtney to please not copy me on these emails as it is not good for my mental health. I had only been married for 3.5 years which the divorce took a little over a year. I was so happy to not only put an end to this divorce from my ex but to also be done with my attorney. The divorce hearing came up rather fast which I thought. Unbeknownst to me, Kourtney and her paralegal had been in discussions with potential dates with opposing counsel. However, they failed to let me know. I am so glad to have this chapter behind me and not have to deal with this law firm and my ex!

I called on 10/16/20 and made an appointment for a consultation for a family law matter. When I researched them I found them to be what I thought I was looking for. I was very wrong. I made the appointment for 10/22 @ 4pm. I received multiple reminder emails about the appointment. I left early from work on the day of the appointment so I could make sure I was home and could give them my full attention. I had notes and questions so I could be efficient with there time as I knew this was a free consultation. Needless to say 4pm came and went without a phone call or any type of communication whatsoever. I decided to call there office and see if the lawyer I was told would be calling was available. The receptionist was short and and not helpful. I told her why I was calling and she just said I will connect you with her voicemail. I left a message and still never received a call or any type of reason why I was completely ignored. I am now left with scrambling to try and schedule with another firm and try to get the help I need. I guess there to busy to keep there appointments or at least reschedule them. Very unprofessional.

Theresa was my attorney. During my process she wasnt just a lawyer she was a friend. She cared about my family "my boys" just as much as I did. When I felt down like I didn't have a chance she was reassuring, confident and empathetic. Hopefully I never have to go through this process again, but if I did I would never in a million years use a different attorney. She won my case and my heart.
