In 2019 we were ordered to seek out a mediator, we agreed upon Linda piff to discuss a very specific court order. I had provided a copy directly to her office and brought a second copy during our mediation session. Linda piff refused to discuss what was directly on the court order, stated she would write up a mediation order which she did not. Linda piff is not for a father, she took sides and did not have the child in the best interest. I paid the balance in full and have never received the mediation order, the office staff refuse to provide me any information on paper. Moral of the story, if your father don't go to Linda piff. If you want your child's best interest taking into consideration don't go to Linda piff

I was served divorce papers while I was away on business, even though my ex and I had agreed to use collaborative law to avoid extra fees and aggravation. Being upset and shocked by this, I reached out to a close friend who recommended Linda to me. Even though collaborative law was unfortunately taken off the table, Linda also had the expertise in traditional divorce law. I contacted her immediately and her kind staff quickly calmed me down and assured me that I was going to be okay. Linda worked diligently on my case. My ex’s attorney sent non stop threatening communications and not once did Linda let that effect our progress. The demands from my ex, especially with regards to alimony, were so overwhelming for me but Linda did a great job explaining the NJ law and helping me to understand how we could move forward in a way that would be fair. My divorce was finalized after 6 months which is so quick compared to the nightmares that I hear from other friends. The biggest thing I want to stress in this review is, not only Linda’s tremendous knowledge and her staff’s sense of urgency, but the kindness and support that I felt during the entire process. I would call the office crying and within minutes my mind was put at ease. I would get concerned about the future for my daughters and I and Linda and her staff would be my encouragement. I feel blessed to have been referred to Linda and am very grateful that I had her by my side.

Amy is the most unprofessional attorney that I have worked with. Furthermore, after she did not win her case she had her staff use fake email addresses to post negative reviews about my firm. I would strongly advise any potential client in need of legal services to look elsewhere. She comes off as someone that is on your side and when things do not go her way, look out. She forces her team to do unprofessional tasks in order to punish those who do not go along with her demands. She is unstable and an abrasive person.

Frank LaRocca has been my attorney for a decade. Divorce is not an easy process and has many unexpected turns that can be frightening. Approximately two years ago, I began attorney shopping after I was told by my now ex-wife, that she wanted a divorce. I was betrayed, and trying to navigate through something that I have never experienced before. I did not want an attorney who would “throw wood into the fire,” heighten my emotions, make me overthink things, or entice me to take unnecessary actions out of anger or emotion. Hands down, the best divorce attorney in New Jersey. Steve was always there when I needed something. He made sure that I didn’t get taken for a ride from the opposing attorney. He’s a lawyer you can count on and if you are in the unfortunate situation of getting divorced, he’s the man for the job. His staff is top notch. They are so fast in responding and getting paperwork done. I have ZERO complaints about Steve and his staff. Steve is a tough attorney, which is what you want and he will fight for you from day one. I was referred to Mr. Kaplan by another "super attorney" who was retiring. I am so glad he did. Mr. Kaplan is a very talented, hard working, professional, personal, and attentive attorney. Who also has a conscience. He always kept me informed of all changes and updated me on my matter in a very timely manner. He even worked an entire weekend once on a pressing issue. He is a very honest man and I believe his honesty is known throughout the Monmouth/Ocean county court system which gives him credibility with both judges and his peers. Steven Kaplan is an outstanding divorce lawyer! He's focused, efficient and highly professional, with an expert knowledge of NJ matrimonial law. You will find lawyers who are cheaper no doubt, but you won't find any better than Steve. And as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Mr. Nocks has been nothing but an exceptional lawyer. He leaves no rock unturned and is very good at what he does. I do not know if Richard will appreciate my comparison of him to a central theme in a Bronx Tale but the key word to remember is "accessibility". Knowing Richard is close by all of the time when needed is one my reasons for highly recommending him. There are many qualified attorneys, but none that I know with his level of competence and availability. I used Richard for two post divorce motions and he was always available to discuss any concerns I had with the issues. He represented me and my children with a fighting spirit not found in many attorneys. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law and willing to take the time to share that knowledge with his clients. He is patient to explain the pros and cons of any approach he recommends. He will not squander your money on frivolous claims. He is very conscientious about pursuing paths that will result in positive results and does not chase solutions down rabbit holes just to bill for the time or satisfy someones ego. He commits your money as if it is his own. In the end ,no one can predict the outcome of any case, given it is always subject to the opinions of a single Judge. With Richard you will be given the best path forward for any situation and you will know you were represented by the best person possible who is professional and knowledgeable. I called Brian with my case about a family matter. I am a law abiding citizen with little faith in our justice system. As , I feel you are more guilty till proven innocent, than the way it is actually said in reality. Brian took the time out from the first phone call to understand my case. When I thought of something during the wait for trial, he always was there to give an ear . Michael Wenning worked endlessly for almost a year straight on my trial! It was Criminal Matter/DV/RO/ Custody Matter! Michael Answered every phone call i made. Anything but Dry I have often heard it said that in order to be a lawyer one needs to be stern and have a dry personality. I can honestly say this is the farthest thing from the truth after working with Amy Harris. I tried to represent myself when I initiated a divorce process a few years ago. Due to my lack of legal knowledge, I was unsuccessful. After realizing this was something I could not do on my own, I went in search of a lawyer that would be a good fit for me. I called thirty lawyers before choosing one to work with. All the lawyers I talked with on the phone were not friendly and even worse then that, they had bone dry personalities. Amy Harris was the only lawyer that agreed to talk with me on the phone, when I let her know how difficult it would be to come meet in person, due to child care issues. I knew right away after talking with her that I had found the perfect fit for me. Amy has been an absolute joy to work with and to be around. She is compassionate, organized, and has a stellar sense of humor. Lawyers can get a bad rep. People think they are only in it for the money. While I have only worked with one lawyer in my life thus far I have come to a different conclusion. Lawyers can see the end when we can’t. For that very reason they are able to offer sincere encouragement and support when one feels like all hope is lost. Not only can they see the end, they are the ones who create the roadmap to arrive there. Amy navigated this map flawlessly. I really experienced a true tragedy in my life that lead up to my divorce. I was blindsided, and felt as though the rug was pulled out from under me. I was an emotional wreck, knowing that I had Amy advocating for me brought me some peace of mind, and a strong sense of relief. Here I am today, a divorced woman, something that I thought was unattainable. While I am thrilled that I am divorced, part of me was sad today that I wouldn’t be communicating with Amy anymore. Perhaps this sounds odd, but I was able to be open and honest with her, and this has been a hard part of my healing journey. It’s been hard feeling like I could not be open with anyone about my situation and how it made me feel. Amy validated how I felt, and that meant a lot to me. When I look back on this painful time in my life, I will always genuinely be grateful to Amy and her assistant Jennifer. Thankful for their wisdom, and that they treated me with kindness. It was always evident to me that they were dedicated to my case and to my cause. I still have a long road ahead of me as far as my healing journey goes. Amy helped me to feel farther along in that journey then I ever have. Thank you Amy, for allowing me to step into this new stage of life. If it was not for you, and all your hard work, I would never be free to fall in love again, and that’s the greatest gift that there is. Thanks to you I am more free today then I have ever been. Free to put myself out there, free to meet new people, free to swim in the ocean with my clothes on, causing me to be anything but dry.
