Don't waste your money here she will not go against the judges for you in ocean county family court, she works with them get an attorney out of toms river. Mrs. Rybar responded to my review with a lie she said a free consultation she charged me 100$ dollars for a half hour consultation. Do the math! That's not FREE Lawyers can't trust them, I'm just being honest. If your a father don't go here!

Agnes, complimented by her staff, excelled with handling my divorce motion. I had previously submitted a similar motion to the court; which was denied in every facet. Agnes demonstrated aggressiveness in submitting to the court several prior rulings that supported my motion and was accepted by the court. These were fundamental as part of the favorable decision on my motion. Additional, garbled financial information was analyzed and presented to further enhance the decision. Agnes and her team were prompt in responding to my advisory petitions to the court and countered sustaining my motion statements. When the matter was sent to an arbitrator, the “Give and Take” was most favorable to my motion Agnes and her staff consistently excelled in handling all facets of my divorce proceedings. Agnes and her team worked with me threw probably one of the worst time in my life and was able to help me to get Joint custody of my 2year old daughter. It was a very ruff year not only for me but for my daughter as well and they helped me so much and I’m so great full how everything has turned out. I have used Mr. Lombardo in settling my family case which was dragging one year longer than it should have been. I ended up firing my first attorney and retained Mr. Lombardo to take over the case. Attorneys do not like "taking over" the cases that were started and/or butchered by somebody else. It is messy and time consuming for the client and an attorney. However, I've explained my situation to him and Mr. Lombardo agreed to take on the challenge. My case was over in less than one year, after I've hired the Lombardo Law offices. I should have hired them initially and had the case finished 6 mo to a year, instead of 2 years that it took due to "initial" mess. I never had to question Mr. Lombardo' s integrity and his office was always accountable. I never had to "chase" anyone from this office. Whatever needed to be done, was done. If I had the question or a concern, I always received my answer in the timely manner. It may not have been the answer I wanted but, it was the truth and not "sugar coated". Over all, I highly recommend the Law Offices Of Joseph Lombardo. They will fight on your behalf and not just represent you, like some law firms do. - believe me, there is a big difference between the two - I tried both and wish Lombardo Law would have been my first choice. They are ambitious, accountable, honest, trustworthy and understanding.

In 2019 we were ordered to seek out a mediator, we agreed upon Linda piff to discuss a very specific court order. I had provided a copy directly to her office and brought a second copy during our mediation session. Linda piff refused to discuss what was directly on the court order, stated she would write up a mediation order which she did not. Linda piff is not for a father, she took sides and did not have the child in the best interest. I paid the balance in full and have never received the mediation order, the office staff refuse to provide me any information on paper. Moral of the story, if your father don't go to Linda piff. If you want your child's best interest taking into consideration don't go to Linda piff

I was served divorce papers while I was away on business, even though my ex and I had agreed to use collaborative law to avoid extra fees and aggravation. Being upset and shocked by this, I reached out to a close friend who recommended Linda to me. Even though collaborative law was unfortunately taken off the table, Linda also had the expertise in traditional divorce law. I contacted her immediately and her kind staff quickly calmed me down and assured me that I was going to be okay. Linda worked diligently on my case. My ex’s attorney sent non stop threatening communications and not once did Linda let that effect our progress. The demands from my ex, especially with regards to alimony, were so overwhelming for me but Linda did a great job explaining the NJ law and helping me to understand how we could move forward in a way that would be fair. My divorce was finalized after 6 months which is so quick compared to the nightmares that I hear from other friends. The biggest thing I want to stress in this review is, not only Linda’s tremendous knowledge and her staff’s sense of urgency, but the kindness and support that I felt during the entire process. I would call the office crying and within minutes my mind was put at ease. I would get concerned about the future for my daughters and I and Linda and her staff would be my encouragement. I feel blessed to have been referred to Linda and am very grateful that I had her by my side.

My ex-wife wanted to relocate and take our kids away from me because she thought she had the right to.
