We selected David to assist my son to receive SSI. David is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and personable. My son, his mother and I are fortunate to have met him. The process is lengthy and requires a great deal of paperwork to support the request. While we heard it could take a long time to be approved our process was on the short end of the range. We would recommend David to anyone. As a matter of fact, I recommend him to my sister-in-law in Orlando who needed help for her daughter and she thanked me profusely after meeting David.

Cory is one of the most highly respected and competent attorneys. He represented me in a car accident where I had several herniated and bulging disk. He was diligent in making sure the Insurance companies knew that the injuries were serious and that I needed extensive treatment. I did an extensive research before I chose The Baird Law Group and after reading reviews on all websites and reading about Cory's stellar credentials, I decided he was going to represent me after my nasty accident. My son was severely injured on his motorcycle when he was hit by a driver who turned into ongoing traffic and smashed into him and his motorcycle. I saw him after the crash and it was one of the worst days of my entire life! I saw him bedridden, I saw him in excoriating pain, and I saw him think his life would never be the same. It was a terrible experience for a mother to see their only child go through something like this. I didn’t know where to turn so I went to my friend Wendy who works at Swope, Rodante P.A. and she set up a meeting between the firm and my son. I could tell that they weren’t your typical billboard attorneys, they were different – they cared about my son’s well being. Stephanie Miles, Brandon Cathey, and Casey Gartland worked on my son’s case and they truly worked so very hard! When it finally came time for the trial, they were all laser focused on the task at hand, which was to get my son justice for the dreams that were shattered when he was hit by that car. When the trial was over justice had prevailed, and it’s absolutely all because of the hard work and determination of Stephanie, Brandon, and Casey along with the rest of the Swope, Rodante team. They were amazing, caring, compassionate at our time of hardship. Life will never be the same for my son, but the team worked hard to give him hope on a new future. Watching Dale Swope fight for justice for my family was one of the most inspiring experiences of my life. Through his warmth and compassion, Dale eased an enormous amount of stress and anxiety that we felt deeply burdened with. What impressed me the most about Dale was his skillful ability in handling opposing counsel. It actually became entertaining watching Dale exercise his knowledge and sharp intellect when meeting with attorneys and I enjoyed watching him fight for us during our settlement meeting. The more I saw him in “action” the more I could sense his wholehearted desire for a victorious outcome for my family. After nearly 8 months of waiting (with an absolute winning case, in my opinion), The Pendas Law Firm decided to drop my case. They did not provide any reason whatsoever, except that the attorney had decided to drop it. In three different attempts, I was told that the attorney would call me back to explain why. On all three occasions I would wait for the phone call at the scheduled time, and the attorney would not call. These people are quite unprofessional.

Horrible experience! Took my case sat on it for over a year. After a year the time limit expire and the law firm never did proper paper work. I call many times during the year did not respond. I had to call 5 times at a time to get the person in charge of my law suit to talk to me. I was told to wait and after 15 months they told me the time is over. I lost my compensation. Do not use them!
