They are straight forward even if they can't help, unlike others who would take your money knowing they will not win and put you through another tour of hell. Maybe research first Washington Laws? Sounds like for some people they can help. Stay strong either way.

I think that the previous posted reviews are by the firm itself. This is the absolute worst experience with a law firm ever. I am an injured worker that sought representation from these guys and it was almost as if they actually work for work comp. Screwing up injured work claims to save workers compensation companies money. I hired these guys just to do all of the footwork myself. Had it not been for me nothing would’ve gotten done. Lazy paralegals are they’re for just a check and their weak attorneys will not fight for you at all. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy so for your own health stay as far away from these guys as possible

It seems like this law firm works for the insurance companies and not the best interest of me the client They are trying to make me settle for them getting paid for fees and the ambulance ride and nothing for me I will update this reveiw when it's all over this process has been terrible and they encouraged me that if I transferred my case to them I would be tooken care of but it's starting to be a nightmare and all the 1star reviews I would love to know their ethnicity

The name of this law firm suites them well instead it should be spelled CON law firm. This place is a joke. I hired them after being in an accident. They are super unresponsive. The first parallegal I worked with went nearly 6 months acting as my attorney until I found out her wasn’t. Since then I’ve had several different case managers. They told me that the insurance company only offered them a $2,500 settlement (which would’ve left me in more debt after paying them and medical fees) and that we would need to go into litigation (they increase there fee when cases go into litigation by the way) but when I called the insurance claims department myself the amount I was told was way more than what I was told by this law firm. I immediately fired them, represented myself and got a much larger pay out. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT let these con artists handle any case for you. This was my first time ever being in an accident and I regret I didn’t further my research.

I worked with Lisa, and let me tell you. She is wonderful! She Is like a second mother to me as how carrying, and understanding how life is and how this accident change my life. My accident settlement is still in the process. I will not explain the details about my accident on here till the case is settle. It has gotten to the next department. An wow, with the things has been going last year it was so hard to get all the documents due to shortage, closing, and the craziness. 2020 was terrible. My accident happen in 2018 as I thought I could recover with in a year of 2019 I was excited. I had a scare in 2020 has well. I feel bad for the attorneys of trying to get things done in a timely manner while everything was happening. But thank you Lisa so much for your positive attitude, and couragement. I know I spelled it wrong! I will also write another review when the case is done.

I’ve just closed a personal injury case with Weier. Overall, I’d say this was an excellent experience. The staff were very helpful and educational about the process. Sometimes the turnover of case managers caused delay in case progress so I had to stay on top of what was supposed to be happening. They work well with local healthcare providers and chiropractic care.

Last night, I received a letter from the court of Seattle stating that I need to show up to court for a "Hit and Run" that DID NOT HAPPEN two years ago. I immediately started searching for lawyers. I found Khan Law Firm and used their online chat function on their website. No attorneys were available at the time, but TERI got back to me first thing in the morning. All I can say is WOW! She is absolutely amazing. She's easy to talk to and made me feel so much better. Although she said she couldn't help me with my specific case, she pointed me in the right direction. She gave me advice on the next steps I should take and advised me on getting a "defensive" lawyer instead. Although Teri wasn't able to represent me, I know that if needed, I know that I could reach out to her any time for a personal injury lawyer. In summary, she is responsive, professional, and honest. 10/10, would recommend.

After my first bike accident, it was clear that I needed a lawyer to deal with the piles of paperwork and negotiation (it was like a second full time job). I was recommended WA Bike Law and I have been extremely pleased with them after my accidents in 2013 and 2019. Both the lawyers I worked with (John and Rob) were extremely professional and caring. Their primary concern was my health and well being and I never felt any pressure to settle. Rob even visited me in my house as I could not travel to his office due to my injuries. Having them focus on the paperwork/negotiation, allowed me to focus on healing.

Bob was my lawyer for a bike-car crash in which I was injured and that went to arbitration. Sadly, because for concerns around a certain pandemic I didn't get to physically engage with them, but the communication was good and they accepted my case and did me a service. I highly recommend the Certa Law Group. They told me at the beginning they would not recommend that they take my case unless they believe they can bring me a bigger settlement than I would likely get without their assistance. I was "t-boned" by someone who ran a stop sign and totalled my vehicle which I only had 10 months. One year after the crash I was still without a replacement vehicle and visiting my doctor. After I agreed to have them represent my case has been settled 2+ years after my crash. Cheryl, at the firm, stayed in contact with me during each offer and counter offer, giving me the details of the offer and their recommendation then asking me how I wanted them to proceed. The insurance first several offers wouldn't even allow me to pay my expenses but the final offer was enough to pay my expenses and give me a down payment for my replacement vehicle. They were very professional and responsive to my communications and I believe I made the right decision in employing their services. Well done!!!

I tried contacting the insurance company of the guy who hit me without results. I gave the ultimatum of either call me back or I will contact an attorney. When it was time to choose an attorney, I chose Certa Law Group and what a great choice! The process was simple and Cheryl got results. The best lawyer firm ever! Shakespear is really good at what he does.He is very professional, excellent communicator, honest and friendly. I was in a car accident for the first time ever and I didnt have any understanding on what I needed to do next, he explained everything to me so that I was able to understand what was going on. This is by far the best law firm I have ever come in contact with! They really take care of you, from start to finish. They totally work for you, and give you the best options so you are still in charge of your case, and what you decide to do is always up to you! I got into an accident and was referred to Shakespear from a friend. When I met with him he was very professional and friendly. My case is not finished yet but just wanted to these guys are awesome. Shakespeare is a friend of a friend, however I've been working with Tina. She may seem busy but she just talks fast. Tina helped me get my $500 deductible back from my insurance co. after getting my car repaired within a week! Be patient. If you were in a car accident you have a case that you just need to let the lawyers take care of and you should be focusing on what your doctor or physical therapist instruct you to do. Focus on yourself and not your medical bills as they will be taken care of.

Donna Mack was the one who helped me every step of the way. Was ruthless with L&I after I got T-boned at work. Got me the money and medical work I was deserved and got me back on my feet. She's amazing. If I ever get horrifically T-boned again at work I'd be in her office as soon as possible. Fingers crossed I never have to work with her again, bit if I do she's hands down worth it.

Working with Jim was an eye opening experience... Following a hit and run incident on my bicycle, I worked with another lawyer for a brief while, who seemed more interested how bad my injuries were than how to ensure my case was handled properly. I switched to work with Jim and his focus instantly became about ensuring we worked towards the best solution possible while moving methodically through the legal process. Jim kept me in the loop along the way and provided sound legal opinions. While no one wants to deal with a personal injury lawyer because it usually means bad things happened, the process with Jim went as smoothly as anyone could ever ask and I would highly recommend him if you are in need of legal counsel.

I recommend Jim as a lawyer if some are in real trouble following a crash. My case was a mess from the beginning. At fault was wrongful pointing me, being exactly the opposite. Because of not typical injury, it was a hard to prove the case. Jim not only negotiated good settlement with the insurance but lowered the medical bills to 1/10 of what was billed originally! I was seriously injured in a roll over car accident and had several previous lawyers who were unable to resolve my case and in fact lost my right to compensation. Jim took over the legal malpractice case and from the moment he got on board he finally got me to a doctor who was able to figure out what was wrong with my shoulder (it had been years and nobody had been able to tell me what was going on), he also gave me a roadmap to my legal recovery. Jim skillfully worked my legal malpractice and automobile claims through the litigation process and produced an excellent result without having to go to trial.
