My son was severely injured on his motorcycle when he was hit by a driver who turned into ongoing traffic and smashed into him and his motorcycle. I saw him after the crash and it was one of the worst days of my entire life! I saw him bedridden, I saw him in excoriating pain, and I saw him think his life would never be the same. It was a terrible experience for a mother to see their only child go through something like this. I didn’t know where to turn so I went to my friend Wendy who works at Swope, Rodante P.A. and she set up a meeting between the firm and my son. I could tell that they weren’t your typical billboard attorneys, they were different – they cared about my son’s well being. Stephanie Miles, Brandon Cathey, and Casey Gartland worked on my son’s case and they truly worked so very hard! When it finally came time for the trial, they were all laser focused on the task at hand, which was to get my son justice for the dreams that were shattered when he was hit by that car. When the trial was over justice had prevailed, and it’s absolutely all because of the hard work and determination of Stephanie, Brandon, and Casey along with the rest of the Swope, Rodante team. They were amazing, caring, compassionate at our time of hardship. Life will never be the same for my son, but the team worked hard to give him hope on a new future. I would recommend Swope, Rodante to anyone who is injured and needs attorneys who will go the extra mile for you, because I saw them do it time and time again for my son. I give them all a 5 star rating, and if I could go higher, I definitely would! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Watching Dale Swope fight for justice for my family was one of the most inspiring experiences of my life. Through his warmth and compassion, Dale eased an enormous amount of stress and anxiety that we felt deeply burdened with. What impressed me the most about Dale was his skillful ability in handling opposing counsel. It actually became entertaining watching Dale exercise his knowledge and sharp intellect when meeting with attorneys and I enjoyed watching him fight for us during our settlement meeting. The more I saw him in “action” the more I could sense his wholehearted desire for a victorious outcome for my family. Our working relationship ended with Dale after he won our case, but he continues to be a fixture in our family, and I consider him a lifelong friend based on the attentiveness and dedication he showed to me.

So far I've had a wonderful experience at this Law Firm better than others I have dealt with in the past. Stacey has been wonderful takes and returns phone calls right away. Stacey has been very informative and explains the process to me completely. I couldn't give more stars even if they allowed me take them from out of the sky. I'm a veteran & was a construction worker on my way to work one morning when I was hit by a semi-truck. At that moment, everything in my life change & honestly, fell apart. I called that 1-800-Ask whoever & they connected with an attorney. However, within the first 2months he was trying to get me to settle. Yes, settle...for less than what I made per year at that. After nearly 8 months of waiting (with an absolute winning case, in my opinion), The Pendas Law Firm decided to drop my case. They did not provide any reason whatsoever, except that the attorney had decided to drop it. In three different attempts, I was told that the attorney would call me back to explain why. On all three occasions I would wait for the phone call at the scheduled time, and the attorney would not call. These people are quite unprofessional.

Horrible experience! Took my case sat on it for over a year. After a year the time limit expire and the law firm never did proper paper work. I call many times during the year did not respond. I had to call 5 times at a time to get the person in charge of my law suit to talk to me. I was told to wait and after 15 months they told me the time is over. I lost my compensation. Do not use them!

This is a great Law Firm. The team they have is an extraordinary one, they are always top of the game. Their communication skills are one of the best that I have ever seen and I am not talking about languages, I am talking about that they are in Constance communication with the client, giving them constance and real updates, answering all the question that a client may have, always available. Having had several lawyers in my lifetime I had to write this review Praising Mr. Martino and his Law Firm! Absolutely the best in the Tri-County Area!
