The Absolute Worse. I will never go with a TV lawyer again. They did not compensate me for my vehicle although they said they would!! Did not keep communication. Case took close to 5 years for a Measly Puny Settlement & they charge/take the same amount as you... I do not feel they earned it! To top it off, I was sent someone else's settlement information, with all there info on it instead of mine at the end. I'm so lad I'm done with them. I will NEVER Ever recommend. My wife has been waiting 3yrs and 11 months to have her case settled and as of today it’s been settled but still no pay out. We had to pay medical bills out of pocket because they went into collections waiting on these people. If you want to be lied to, ignored and end up with medical bills in collections then this is the place to utilize. Called for a consultation and was quickly discouraged. The woman over the phone attitude sucked really bad. After briefly telling my case, my apprehension about suing, and just wanting some insight, I was asked in a very snotty tone "Ma'am do you want to sue or not?". To which I replied, I am confused and would like to know if I have a case. My statement was met with a huff followed by being placed on a brief hold for her to check with someone about giving me a yes or no on Morgan and Morgan taking on my case. I choose Morgan&Morgan because of the good reviews, but they lack professionalism. I’m speaking from my experience.. I called them and my case was accepted, but 2-3 weeks went by with no contact from my lawyer. Ms.Cami hall texted me a couple times about a paper needing to be signed, but not once did we speak about my case. I never got any expectations or anything. Because of the lack of communication I finally decided to call to tell them I would like to proceed with another lawyer due to being ignored and my call was never returned. So I called Ms. Cami Hall she didn’t answer and I texted her to tell her my concerns and my text wasn’t even returned. I don’t know what to say about this law firm other than they pick and choose which cases they want to work with. Thank goodness I found another lawyer before it was to late because I lost my car and I’m injured, but obviously the team at Morgan & Morgan didn’t care.

My husband and I were represented by Justin Jones from August 2020 through July 2021 for a 2018 car wreck where both of us were injured and our car was totaled. Justin and his team were very responsive and professional, and they were clearly highly experienced in handling this type of case.
