I was hit from behind while sitting on my motorcycle at a railroad crossing in April of this year. I came to the firm worried and apprehensive, to meet with Shaun Plymale, Esq, someone I have neither met nor known of previously outside of seeing him in my Google Search. Veteran with documented PTSD disability hired this lawfirm. Shannon and Hugh decide to withdraw from case after taking thousands. In my mind this is unethical. I suggest finding another firm that understands disabilities and will treat you with respect. This firm did not/will not. The damage they have caused is not measurable at this time but I will post updates as we muddle through this situation. I am looking into reporting an ethics violation to the FL Bar for potentially violating "Model Rules of Professional Conduct". This is my personal opinion and posted as such
