While playing in a golf tournament, I was seriously injured when someone slammed into my back, knocked me down and drove the golf cart on top of me, pinning me underneath it. After going through several surgical procedures and months of physical therapy, I was left with permanent injuries that will need future medical treatments. Marc did a terrific job representing me and I am very grateful to him (and his incredible staff) for all the dedication and tenacity they all exhibited from the initial investigation through conclusion. Revolving door. They hire a group and then terminate half of them before their probation period. One attorney has his paralegal hand deliver his breakfast and lunch on a platter like room service to his office . Fake all around and the pay is horrible. Trial paralegal for $50,000 a year when they live with caviar pockets and pay their employees with beer pocket change. Don’t apply here if your looking for a place to call home. 0 stars

Marc Brotman could possibly be the most caring attorney I have ever met in my entire life. I don't make that statement lightly. When some other attorneys were not interested in taking our case against my father's doctor, who we believed contributed to my father's early demise, Marc not only took it but ran with it, and won us a settlement that helped provide for my two younger sisters, who were still in their 20's. Marc is compassionate and hard working. I highly recommend him and his firm.

Unfortunately I am not able to recommend this firm. I had a unique circumstance and case that I brought to Brotman Nusbaum Ibrahim on behalf of my mother as her POA a little over a month and a half ago. I was pretty clear on the circumstances and also in my requests that the case be handled in majority through me (which my mother also told them she was most comfortable with as well.) Unfortunately Ms. Dunia Ibrahim did not care to honor this and was surprisingly unprofessional the one occasion we had spoken in a conference call. She chose to disregard my communication requests in respect to my mother's disability, and to disregard myself as the official initiator of this attorney-client relationship. The fact that Ms. Dunia blatantly ignored my request twice to call me back and hung up on me was extremely uncalled for. She gave no explanation for her statement to withdraw from the case, and I feel that we could have at very least ended the relationship on an amiable note, and in mutual understanding as opposed to her just hanging up on me. She literally hung up on me. Extremely disappointing experience. Aside from that, Marina and Tamara were very nice and responsive. They maintained professionalism at all times.
