Following a hit and run incident on my bicycle, I worked with another lawyer for a brief while, who seemed more interested how bad my injuries were than how to ensure my case was handled properly. I switched to work with Jim and his focus instantly became about ensuring we worked towards the best solution possible while moving methodically through the legal process. Jim kept me in the loop along the way and provided sound legal opinions. I recommend Jim as a lawyer if some are in real trouble following a crash. My case was a mess from the beginning. At fault was wrongful pointing me, being exactly the opposite. Because of not typical injury, it was a hard to prove the case. Jim not only negotiated good settlement with the insurance but lowered the medical bills to 1/10 of what was billed originally! Last night, I received a letter from the court of Seattle stating that I need to show up to court for a "Hit and Run" that DID NOT HAPPEN two years ago. I immediately started searching for lawyers. I found Khan Law Firm and used their online chat function on their website. No attorneys were available at the time, but TERI got back to me first thing in the morning. All I can say is WOW! She is absolutely amazing. She's easy to talk to and made me feel so much better. Although she said she couldn't help me with my specific case, she pointed me in the right direction. She gave me advice on the next steps I should take and advised me on getting a "defensive" lawyer instead. I was unfortunate to have been struck and injured while riding my motorcycle. Adam Trotsky and his assistant, Erika Le, have been the most helpful navigating me through this nightmare situation. They have looked after my best interests, and that my insurance policy was maximized. My case was particularly difficult, not only that the other had minimal insurance coverage, both of us were insured by the same insurance company. Right from the start, and because my insurance didn't have third party to go after, they were not working in my best interest but rather in interest of reducing their own cost. I find it difficult to rate a law firm. The lawyer I'm working with and his clerks have been good about laying out the strategy for my case and responding to my inquiries. I believe I have won my case (don't have the ruling from the judge yet), but the are so many variables and people that influence that result (primarily the judge) it's hard to assign credit to the firm, even though it does influence my impressions of it.

In 2015 I initially employed Lehmbecker Law Offices for a No-fault auto collision personal injury. While in the midst of my case, I was struck again. No-fault auto collision. Talk about confusion..! I highly recommend the Certa Law Group. They told me at the beginning they would not recommend that they take my case unless they believe they can bring me a bigger settlement than I would likely get without their assistance. I was "t-boned" by someone who ran a stop sign and totalled my vehicle which I only had 10 months. One year after the crash I was still without a replacement vehicle and visiting my doctor. After I agreed to have them represent my case has been settled 2+ years after my crash. Cheryl, at the firm, stayed in contact with me during each offer and counter offer, giving me the details of the offer and their recommendation then asking me how I wanted them to proceed. The insurance first several offers wouldn't even allow me to pay my expenses but the final offer was enough to pay my expenses and give me a down payment for my replacement vehicle. They were very professional and responsive to my communications and I believe I made the right decision in employing their services. Well done!!!

After my first bike accident, it was clear that I needed a lawyer to deal with the piles of paperwork and negotiation (it was like a second full time job). I was recommended WA Bike Law and I have been extremely pleased with them after my accidents in 2013 and 2019. Both the lawyers I worked with (John and Rob) were extremely professional and caring. Their primary concern was my health and well being and I never felt any pressure to settle. Rob even visited me in my house as I could not travel to his office due to my injuries. Having them focus on the paperwork/negotiation, allowed me to focus on healing.
