Dan is terrific and really helped me out significantly in a crisis moment. I’m not sure what would’ve happened without him. His grasp of the law and strategy as we went through the case was fantastic.! As I learned, criminal law is completely different than business or civil. Dmitriy is simply impeccable. I called in for a consultation about a very specific issue that I was having and had very limited knowledge about. He led me through the ins and outs of the entire process; maintained the most professional demeanor throughout and was very patient with me. In my past experiences with other lawyers, I felt as though their main purpose was to get me out of their office as quickly as possible. This was not the case here. Dmitriy was very thorough and elaborate and hiring him was truly the best decision I had ever made. A recommendation of the highest regard would simply not be enough. He helped me through a very difficult time and I would not hesitate to recommend him. I will most definitely be back for any and all law related issues. I initially hired another law firm to handle my case. I found myself constantly calling them for updates and they never had any answers. After two years I switched law firms and hired Sakkas, Cahn and Weiss. They explained the process clearly, called me with updates and settled my case in less than six months. My brother had a case and switched as well. He also loves them. These guys get great results, and have an amazing staff, but more important is their bedside manner - this is the firm you want representing you.

I am a finance professional and green card holder. I was charged with theft of service (taxicab) on two separate occasions (the second instance had an assault charge thrown into the mix as well). In both cases I knew I was not guilty, but was an anxious mess nonetheless having had no prior experience with the law and fearing the possibility of deportation. To compound matters, in both instances I had to travel across the border several times while the case was still open. Matthew was very gracious about dealing with my anxiety and was always available to discuss my case. He is clearly passionate about what he does and about fighting for his clients. He has a confidence about him where you just know you're in great hands. He's a great lawyer, but a really good person as well! He is a down to earth and is very understanding of your situation. In both cases he got me the result I needed and my border crossings went smoothly due to the letters he wrote for me and immigration lawyers he proactively consulted with to weigh in on my situation. I cannot express enough how much I would recommend him for any legal need! In particular for those -like myself -who are not US citizens. A total class act.

Mr. Galluzzo and his team at G&J are absolutely one of the best at what they do. The work tirelessly at getting the best possible result for the case at hand and they truly care about their clients. Galluzzo and his team were able to overturn and vacate my guilty plea, then taking a big risk where I could have faced a large amount of time in prison Galluzzo took my case to trial. He walked in there with the confidence and swagger as if he already knew everything would work out for me, he laid out every single fact and hole in the prosecutions case to the jury and came away with a full acquittal on every charge after just one hour of deliberations. I hired Mr. Galluzzo to represent me in a criminal case in Federal Court and he did a fantastic job from beginning to end! He assessed my case accurately, charged me a fair fee, always communicated with me promptly and worked very hard for me, until I was acquitted after a 4-day Jury trial. Originally after being arrested I rushed and hired a different attorney who was not advancing my case properly and was making obvious mistakes, in my opinion. After I paid this other attorney in full I was forced to fire him anyway and he would not even give me back my file. I was so fortunate to find Mr. Galluzzo, a great attorney, who took over my case, was very patient and understanding, he retrieved the necessary documents from the court and worked out a great winning defense strategy for me. Mr. Galluzzo is not only a highly knowledgeable and skilled attorney, but he is also a very good and caring human being. I am very grateful to Mr. Galluzzo for all he has done for me! I paid $250 to discuss my case and spoke to a female name Marissa I think and she said that they could take my case and to think about it so I did. She called back like 5 days later asking me if I made up my mind and I said I needed to rule out some other possibilities. So I did that and when I called back the following week they initially answered the phone but the guy that did acted hesitant and I asked for the lady to call me back about the case. No one ever did. I called them and they picked up the phone and hung up and I thought it was an accident so I called again and they did the same thing. So very rude, not professional and not responsive after I had paid them.

2020 was a rough year for everyone. But for me it was even further burdened with my first arrest and being charged with multiple felonies. Thankfully I found my amazing lawyer, Mehdi. From our first sit down I knew I was in good hands. This man literally (and metaphorically) held my hand through almost a year of court appearances, charges, and eventually my plea deal. He told me one Day 1 that the best case scenarip would be a Disorderly Conduct but it would be a long and hard road to try to get that. Word to the wise: do NOT admit all your guilt at time of arrest! Somehow this magical lawyer did it, he got a plea for Disorderly Conduct! He worked tirelessly and hard for it. He calmed my anxiety and called me to give me updates as soon as he got them. Even though I know he had other clients, I very much felt like a priority. I was heard and understood. I can not express enough gratitude and thanks to Mehdi for, honestly, saving my life. Going through a criminal charge is very stressful and very scary. But Mehdi not only helped me but made me happy. I am overjoyed with how my case turned out. Highly highly recommend if you find yourself in a situation where you need a lawyer.
