Dan is terrific and really helped me out significantly in a crisis moment. I’m not sure what would’ve happened without him. His grasp of the law and strategy as we went through the case was fantastic.! As I learned, criminal law is completely different than business or civil. 2020 was a rough year for everyone. But for me it was even further burdened with my first arrest and being charged with multiple felonies. Thankfully I found my amazing lawyer, Mehdi. From our first sit down I knew I was in good hands. This man literally (and metaphorically) held my hand through almost a year of court appearances, charges, and eventually my plea deal. He told me one Day 1 that the best case scenarip would be a Disorderly Conduct but it would be a long and hard road to try to get that. Word to the wise: do NOT admit all your guilt at time of arrest! Somehow this magical lawyer did it, he got a plea for Disorderly Conduct! He worked tirelessly and hard for it. He calmed my anxiety and called me to give me updates as soon as he got them. Even though I know he had other clients, I very much felt like a priority. I was heard and understood. I can not express enough gratitude and thanks to Mehdi for, honestly, saving my life. Going through a criminal charge is very stressful and very scary. But Mehdi not only helped me but made me happy. I am overjoyed with how my case turned out. Highly highly recommend if you find yourself in a situation where you need a lawyer.

Dmitriy is simply impeccable. I called in for a consultation about a very specific issue that I was having and had very limited knowledge about. He led me through the ins and outs of the entire process; maintained the most professional demeanor throughout and was very patient with me. In my past experiences with other lawyers, I felt as though their main purpose was to get me out of their office as quickly as possible. This was not the case here. Dmitriy was very thorough and elaborate and hiring him was truly the best decision I had ever made. A recommendation of the highest regard would simply not be enough. I paid $250 to discuss my case and spoke to a female name Marissa I think and she said that they could take my case and to think about it so I did. She called back like 5 days later asking me if I made up my mind and I said I needed to rule out some other possibilities. So I did that and when I called back the following week they initially answered the phone but the guy that did acted hesitant and I asked for the lady to call me back about the case. No one ever did. I called them and they picked up the phone and hung up and I thought it was an accident so I called again and they did the same thing. So very rude, not professional and not responsive after I had paid them.

JK was amazing from start to finish. My husband was falsely accused in a criminal case and JK provided amazing advice and fought for my husband every step of the way. The victims statement was eventually recanted and JK's counsel on what my husbands rights were was always on point. It was a long 9 months that our family was seperated but I always felt confident with having JK Goldberg as an attorney. I was visiting in New York this past July and was arrested at LaGuardia for carrying a stun gun of all things. We are allowed to carry in Florida and I forgot it was in my purse. A very honest mistake with very serious consequences. Jay K. Goldberg was referred to me by an Attorney here in Orlando. Lucky me. Jay is a true Professional. Lance is a great guy. I have hired him for his help in three different cases dating back to 2012. I found this Law Firm on Google and based on the reviews that people posted decided to proceed with them. I was so glad to have picked them and work with them. The overall experience with them was great. Since my process started, my case was assigned to Ms. Abigail Miller. She was extremely helpful, explained the whole process in detail. My case was really sensitive, and she helped me throughout the process ensuring it remained discreet and confidential. Her outstanding traits were that she was very responsive (via email & portal) and empathetic. As a girl, I felt extremely comfortable sharing confidential details with her and asking which options to take. Since it wasn’t an easy case, she was super helpful in arranging a processor server and helping with all the logistics. During the entire process, Abigail and Todd had good communication amongst their team and the prices they stated were constant and transparent. There were no hidden costs and while talking to them I never felt they were money centric or forcing me to pay upfront before getting the process started. Let me start by saying I was hit by someone else's material falling from above on a construction site. From the moment I started dealing with David Hoffman I knew I was in good hands. He went above and beyond on even the smallest detail.
