Craig Trainor has been representing me in New York County Criminal Court for over two years. The way he handled my case was excellent. He is so dedicated to what he does that he always patiently answered my girlfriend's multiple questions about the law. He was always happy to assist her legal curiosity and even printed out some statutes and case law for her to review related to the charges against me. I highly, highly recommend Craig Trainor as your lawyer for any personal injury lawsuits or litigation matters. When my daughter Grace was seven years old she was playing on the playground and fell off the monkey bars. The grounds were not maintained which made it difficult to land without injuring herself. Craig Trainor represented me in Manhattan criminal court when I was falsely arrested for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. My friends and I were causing no trouble, when a police captain approached us and asked us for ID (which I did not have on me). Instead of looking us up, we were arrested and charged with a crime. I spent 16 hours in police custody with absolutely no valid justification. Before meeting Craig, I thought that no one would believe me and that something this unjustified could never happen. However, Craig believed every word I said, and I knew he would fight for me from the very beginning. He explained that this sort of thing happened much more than the general public was aware. Besides getting my criminal case dismissed, Craig went the extra step. He told me that I had a strong case in my truthful story and that my constitutional rights were worth fighting for. He was right. He filed a notice of claim, and within a few short months (with minimal effort on my part) he negotiated an amazing financial settlement with the City of New York for what the cops did to me. I paid $250 to discuss my case and spoke to a female name Marissa I think and she said that they could take my case and to think about it so I did. She called back like 5 days later asking me if I made up my mind and I said I needed to rule out some other possibilities. So I did that and when I called back the following week they initially answered the phone but the guy that did acted hesitant and I asked for the lady to call me back about the case. No one ever did. I called them and they picked up the phone and hung up and I thought it was an accident so I called again and they did the same thing. So very rude, not professional and not responsive after I had paid them.

I found this Law Firm on Google and based on the reviews that people posted decided to proceed with them. I was so glad to have picked them and work with them. The overall experience with them was great. Since my process started, my case was assigned to Ms. Abigail Miller. She was extremely helpful, explained the whole process in detail. My case was really sensitive, and she helped me throughout the process ensuring it remained discreet and confidential. Her outstanding traits were that she was very responsive (via email & portal) and empathetic. As a girl, I felt extremely comfortable sharing confidential details with her and asking which options to take. Since it wasn’t an easy case, she was super helpful in arranging a processor server and helping with all the logistics. During the entire process, Abigail and Todd had good communication amongst their team and the prices they stated were constant and transparent. If you are ever in need of lawyer that is not only honest and thorough but also remarkable at what he does, George is your guy. What normally would have taken over a year to wrap up, my case took a little over 6 months. Any attorney can research the law, write a brief, and call themselves an Appellate Attorney, Scott Horn is so much more. He thinks through issues, and works with you to win your case. Whatismore, he will turn away work if he thinks the issue is not ripe for an appeal. In my 30+ years of practice Scott Horn has been very successful representing my office as Appellate Counsel on a variety of matters. He has taken complicated, convoluted records and clarified them through his self initiated visits to the County Clerk, a task not normally undertaken by an Appellate Lawyer.
