Dan is terrific and really helped me out significantly in a crisis moment. I’m not sure what would’ve happened without him. His grasp of the law and strategy as we went through the case was fantastic.! As I learned, criminal law is completely different than business or civil. Let me start by saying I was hit by someone else's material falling from above on a construction site. From the moment I started dealing with David Hoffman I knew I was in good hands. He went above and beyond on even the smallest detail. Joseph Stoduto and the Wingate Russotti sharpin law firm are the best law firm in New York City I put my word as a man on this , I needed a spinal fusion and was in pain but was scared to go through with it , Joseph went above and beyond his duty as a lawyer and called me in the middle of the night to console me tell me he understood and assure me I’ll be okay , I got the surgery and feel great! I paid $250 to discuss my case and spoke to a female name Marissa I think and she said that they could take my case and to think about it so I did. She called back like 5 days later asking me if I made up my mind and I said I needed to rule out some other possibilities. So I did that and when I called back the following week they initially answered the phone but the guy that did acted hesitant and I asked for the lady to call me back about the case. No one ever did. I called them and they picked up the phone and hung up and I thought it was an accident so I called again and they did the same thing. So very rude, not professional and not responsive after I had paid them.

I, unfortunately, can't say how sweet, caring etc etc they are because if that's the case, it would also come across in the first impression. I called for a consultation and advice on a situation I'm trying to deal with, and the response was really rude, and didn't expect for them to abruptly hangup on me. That's not something you want to do when someone, especially frantic and nervous, is trying to get advice on how to clear their name from potential charges.

If you are ever in need of lawyer that is not only honest and thorough but also remarkable at what he does, George is your guy. What normally would have taken over a year to wrap up, my case took a little over 6 months. It was a very seamless legal process (even though quite nerve wracking because you know.. this is my life and a lot was at stake) but I came out on top all thanks to him. He answered all of my questions, walked me through the entire process and what I should be expecting, and was on top of my case the entire time. I found George to help with a case from 5 years ago. Due to neglecting to complete my community service there was open warrant. George took the time to understand my case and why I was revisiting it after all this time. He was patient and sincere with his plea. Dmitriy is simply impeccable. I called in for a consultation about a very specific issue that I was having and had very limited knowledge about. He led me through the ins and outs of the entire process; maintained the most professional demeanor throughout and was very patient with me. In my past experiences with other lawyers, I felt as though their main purpose was to get me out of their office as quickly as possible. This was not the case here. Dmitriy was very thorough and elaborate and hiring him was truly the best decision I had ever made. A recommendation of the highest regard would simply not be enough. I initially hired another law firm to handle my case. I found myself constantly calling them for updates and they never had any answers. After two years I switched law firms and hired Sakkas, Cahn and Weiss. They explained the process clearly, called me with updates and settled my case in less than six months. My brother had a case and switched as well. He also loves them. I found this Law Firm on Google and based on the reviews that people posted decided to proceed with them. I was so glad to have picked them and work with them. The overall experience with them was great. Since my process started, my case was assigned to Ms. Abigail Miller. She was extremely helpful, explained the whole process in detail. My case was really sensitive, and she helped me throughout the process ensuring it remained discreet and confidential. Her outstanding traits were that she was very responsive (via email & portal) and empathetic. As a girl, I felt extremely comfortable sharing confidential details with her and asking which options to take. Since it wasn’t an easy case, she was super helpful in arranging a processor server and helping with all the logistics. During the entire process, Abigail and Todd had good communication amongst their team and the prices they stated were constant and transparent. There were no hidden costs and while talking to them I never felt they were money centric or forcing me to pay upfront before getting the process started. They genuinely wanted to make sure the case went in my favor. I was very comfortable with this law firm and i'm really grateful to have found them. Before I met Ben, I had a horrible experience with a lawyer/firm who I thought had excellent credentials. I did my homework by researching its beautiful website, nice office with coffee in Long Island, NY, etc., but to my surprise they were the worst service I have ever experienced (and I am in Sales/ Customer Service). They never picked up the phone, never replied to my emails and when I had someone one on the phone, I had to go over my case again and again. They overcharged me without having any court hearings and no advancements for almost 1 year in my divorce case, the second lawyer from the firm was worse than the first one. As a result, I decided to drop this firm and did not want them to represent me any longer. At the time my ex was harassing me, the courts were an unknown process for me, and the judges were unpleasant to deal with. It was a very stressful time. I found Ben through a friend’s reference, she said he ended complicated cases successfully. My ex was making everything expensive by stalling the process in any way he could, he had the money to play with because he was not paying child support. In a one-hour meeting with Ben, he did more than the other firm did in the one year they had represented me: • He quickly understood my case; • All assets involved • Custody of my daughter • Child support • He was realistic, not raising my expectations that we could end the divorce too quickly. Finally, Ben had a strategy that gave me a couple of options to deal with my ex’s unpredictable behavior. He made me feel confident he was taking care of my case, not like the other lawyers that did not even know my name after thousands of dollars wasted. He strategically got my ex in court by filing 2 motions. The result is my ex, after trying to escape his responsibility, settled the divorce case by signing the papers. I recommend Ben’s services because it is hard to find a lawyer that is considerate of your situation and really cares. I recommend his services.

Mr. Perez is what every attorney should aspire to be. Someone close to me had the unfortunate experience of being arrested.
