I found this Law Firm on Google and based on the reviews that people posted decided to proceed with them. I was so glad to have picked them and work with them. The overall experience with them was great. Since my process started, my case was assigned to Ms. Abigail Miller. She was extremely helpful, explained the whole process in detail. My case was really sensitive, and she helped me throughout the process ensuring it remained discreet and confidential. Her outstanding traits were that she was very responsive (via email & portal) and empathetic. As a girl, I felt extremely comfortable sharing confidential details with her and asking which options to take. Since it wasn’t an easy case, she was super helpful in arranging a processor server and helping with all the logistics. During the entire process, Abigail and Todd had good communication amongst their team and the prices they stated were constant and transparent. There were no hidden costs and while talking to them I never felt they were money centric or forcing me to pay upfront before getting the process started. I paid $250 to discuss my case and spoke to a female name Marissa I think and she said that they could take my case and to think about it so I did. She called back like 5 days later asking me if I made up my mind and I said I needed to rule out some other possibilities. So I did that and when I called back the following week they initially answered the phone but the guy that did acted hesitant and I asked for the lady to call me back about the case. No one ever did. I called them and they picked up the phone and hung up and I thought it was an accident so I called again and they did the same thing. So very rude, not professional and not responsive after I had paid them.

Dmitriy is simply impeccable. I called in for a consultation about a very specific issue that I was having and had very limited knowledge about. He led me through the ins and outs of the entire process; maintained the most professional demeanor throughout and was very patient with me. Let me start by saying I was hit by someone else's material falling from above on a construction site. From the moment I started dealing with David Hoffman I knew I was in good hands. I, unfortunately, can't say how sweet, caring etc etc they are because if that's the case, it would also come across in the first impression. I called for a consultation and advice on a situation I'm trying to deal with, and the response was really rude, and didn't expect for them to abruptly hangup on me. That's not something you want to do when someone, especially frantic and nervous, is trying to get advice on how to clear their name from potential charges.

Craig Trainor has been representing me in New York County Criminal Court for over two years. The way he handled my case was excellent. It is hard not to notice that Craig has a real passion for law and enjoys litigation work and fighting the government at every turn to protect my interests. He is very knowledgeable and experienced lawyer who would not settle for any District Attorney offer that tried to railroad me but rather fought for my rights. When we went to trial, he was not at all discouraged by the judge who indirectly suggested that I should plead guilty before the trial started. In spite of that, Craig told me it was always my choice about what to do about a plea bargain but he advised we should proceed to trial, and he actually won the case! Instead of a high chance to get convicted of serious criminal offense, I walked out of the court room with an insignificant traffic violation...only because phenomenal work by Mr. Trainor. He is so dedicated to what he does that he always patiently answered my girlfriend's multiple questions about the law. He was always happy to assist her legal curiosity and even printed out some statutes and case law for her to review related to the charges against me. If you need a criminal defense or civil rights attorney, you should definitely hire Mr. Trainor. I highly, highly recommend Craig Trainor as your lawyer for any personal injury lawsuits or litigation matters. When my daughter Grace was seven years old she was playing on the playground and fell off the monkey bars. The grounds were not maintained which made it difficult to land without injuring herself. She was frightened and couldn't move her arm, this fall resulted in a broken elbow. After a few opinions, Grace had to get surgery. Craig Trainor represented me in Manhattan criminal court when I was falsely arrested for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. My friends and I were causing no trouble, when a police captain approached us and asked us for ID (which I did not have on me). Instead of looking us up, we were arrested and charged with a crime. I spent 16 hours in police custody with absolutely no valid justification. Before meeting Craig, I thought that no one would believe me and that something this unjustified could never happen. However, Craig believed every word I said, and I knew he would fight for me from the very beginning. He explained that this sort of thing happened much more than the general public was aware. He was right.
