I just got of the phone with Debra one of the case managers of the law firm and she was very helpful and informative. The law firm is very professional and responsive. I initially hired another law firm to handle my case. I found myself constantly calling them for updates and they never had any answers. After two years I switched law firms and hired Sakkas, Cahn and Weiss. They explained the process clearly, called me with updates and settled my case in less than six months. My brother had a case and switched as well. He also loves them. Lance is a great guy. I have hired him for his help in three different cases dating back to 2012. Dmitriy is simply impeccable. I called in for a consultation about a very specific issue that I was having and had very limited knowledge about. He led me through the ins and outs of the entire process; maintained the most professional demeanor throughout and was very patient with me. In my past experiences with other lawyers, I felt as though their main purpose was to get me out of their office as quickly as possible. This was not the case here. Dmitriy was very thorough and elaborate and hiring him was truly the best decision I had ever made. A recommendation of the highest regard would simply not be enough. Dan is terrific and really helped me out significantly in a crisis moment. I’m not sure what would’ve happened without him. His grasp of the law and strategy as we went through the case was fantastic.! As I learned, criminal law is completely different than business or civil. I paid $250 to discuss my case and spoke to a female name Marissa I think and she said that they could take my case and to think about it so I did. She called back like 5 days later asking me if I made up my mind and I said I needed to rule out some other possibilities. So I did that and when I called back the following week they initially answered the phone but the guy that did acted hesitant and I asked for the lady to call me back about the case. No one ever did. I called them and they picked up the phone and hung up and I thought it was an accident so I called again and they did the same thing. So very rude, not professional and not responsive after I had paid them.

Before I met Ben, I had a horrible experience with a lawyer/firm who I thought had excellent credentials. I did my homework by researching its beautiful website, nice office with coffee in Long Island, NY, etc., but to my surprise they were the worst service I have ever experienced (and I am in Sales/ Customer Service). They never picked up the phone, never replied to my emails and when I had someone one on the phone, I had to go over my case again and again. They overcharged me without having any court hearings and no advancements for almost 1 year in my divorce case, the second lawyer from the firm was worse than the first one. As a result, I decided to drop this firm and did not want them to represent me any longer. At the time my ex was harassing me, the courts were an unknown process for me, and the judges were unpleasant to deal with. It was a very stressful time. I found Ben through a friend’s reference, she said he ended complicated cases successfully. My ex was making everything expensive by stalling the process in any way he could, he had the money to play with because he was not paying child support. In a one-hour meeting with Ben, he did more than the other firm did in the one year they had represented me: • He quickly understood my case; • All assets involved • Custody of my daughter • Child support • He was realistic, not raising my expectations that we could end the divorce too quickly. Finally, Ben had a strategy that gave me a couple of options to deal with my ex’s unpredictable behavior. He made me feel confident he was taking care of my case, not like the other lawyers that did not even know my name after thousands of dollars wasted. He strategically got my ex in court by filing 2 motions. The result is my ex, after trying to escape his responsibility, settled the divorce case by signing the papers. I recommend Ben’s services because it is hard to find a lawyer that is considerate of your situation and really cares. I recommend his services.

Mr. Perez is what every attorney should aspire to be. Someone close to me had the unfortunate experience of being arrested. 2020 was a rough year for everyone. But for me it was even further burdened with my first arrest and being charged with multiple felonies. Thankfully I found my amazing lawyer, Mehdi. From our first sit down I knew I was in good hands. This man literally (and metaphorically) held my hand through almost a year of court appearances, charges, and eventually my plea deal. He told me one Day 1 that the best case scenarip would be a Disorderly Conduct but it would be a long and hard road to try to get that. Word to the wise: do NOT admit all your guilt at time of arrest! Somehow this magical lawyer did it, he got a plea for Disorderly Conduct! He worked tirelessly and hard for it. He calmed my anxiety and called me to give me updates as soon as he got them. Even though I know he had other clients, I very much felt like a priority. I was heard and understood. I can not express enough gratitude and thanks to Mehdi for, honestly, saving my life. Going through a criminal charge is very stressful and very scary. But Mehdi not only helped me but made me happy. I am overjoyed with how my case turned out. Highly highly recommend if you find yourself in a situation where you need a lawyer.
